Nice and functional hotel, not very fancy apart from the entrance which is beautiful but perfect for short stays. The room was clean and simple , bathroom was nice, I just wished they provided some hangers for clothes and towels. Receptionist were nice and professional

The staff was wonderful and helped us navigate the bus & train system especially Magdalena. She took the time to explain to me the best way to go. She is amazing. The hotel is dated but clean and has comfortable beds & pillows. We stayed out of the city since was nephew stayed here with his team. Great experience and great recommendations from all staff members.

Clean and cozy rooms, very well connected, very good quality/price ratio and also very notable, the exquisite and attentive treatment received by the hotel staff, especially by Mario (reception manager).

The worst hotel I have stayed in in Spain. It does not have lunch or dinner service, only breakfast but in a place that is too small. The rooms are not equipped to stay in it. The shower in the rooms does not have a good drain and becomes puddled. They do not refund the reservation money.

The 3* Hotel Galaico is the worst I have ever been to. In room 115 the bathroom flooded because when showering the drain could not absorb the water. Room 120 smaller than the previous one for two people and room 237 larger than the previous ones but very cold (more expensive rate). There is no restaurant to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is a fifteen minute walk from the central street of Villalba (it is located in Villalba not in Collado-Villalba). I do not recommend it under any circumstances. They do not have a complaint form and they do not refund your money if you decide to cancel your stay. Thank you

If you're thinking about spending the night here, I'm just telling you that the hills have eyes inspired by this hotel to be SCARY. The walls are thinner than a diner in a restaurant and the color palette looks like something out of a Nolan movie. I have slept in better MOTELS than this place, and the rooms are a complete nonsense. The space is minimal and the bathroom looks like something from the worlds of Coraline. THERE IS NO DRYER, FOR GOD'S sake, and the food is like a family man, very recycled. The only favorable point is that it has a patio that is more or less pleasant. I don't recommend it at all, I would much rather go to Fuenlabrada than to this garbage. A waste of money.
