We stayed at this hotel in Zauchensee for 7 days last week. We can only be very positive about our experience at this hotel. Good rooms, lots of possibilities for in- house activities in case of a rainy day, very clean, excellent food - both breakfast and dinner. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The manager of the hotel - Roland - was extremely helpful, for him no question was too difficult or too much asked: he was always ready to help, with his broad experience. And always with a big smile. The area around the hotel is definitely interesting for people who want an active vacation. We were able to make very nice walks, starting from the hotel. And also long and beautiful bike rides through the valleys. This hotel is definitely recommended !

Great location with only a few minutes walk from the lifts/slopes. The food and service were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The five course dinner was perfectly proportioned. Roland, the owner, was always around and gave a professional but personal service. He also has a dry sense of humour.

Super location, superb food. Management and all the team very kind and passionate about their work. Special mention to Roland and his kind words. Made our stay unique. For skiers like us the Zauchensee resort and its connections to Flachau make skiing a real pleasure

We had a great stay! The staff is very friendly, we got everything we wanted and the help we needed when we asked for it. The food is amazing and the location is ideal if you're a winter sports enthusiast. The staff will park and retrieve your car for you, either in the hotel's own parking lot if there's space, or in the secured "Weltcuparena" parking lot.

We were in Sportalm hotel second time - every time it was perfect - accommodation, cuisine, personal ...and slopes are next to hotel. Nothing was problem. We are happy, that breakfast is from 7:30 and we can start early ski. Friday's Christmas walk around lake was amazing.

My favourite hotel in the Alps. We have been going to this hotel for a ski week for the last 7 or 8 years. Wonderful staff and great food. Zauchensee and the Sportalm are the best kept secret in skiing. And now open in the summer.

Schönes Hotel,etwas in die Jahre gekommen,aber alles wirklich sehr schön. Der Chef und die Mitarbeiter (innen)kümmern sich rund um die Uhr um die Gäste.Die Küche zaubert ein sehr gutes Abendessen,Nachmittags gibt’s immer Kuchen und Snacks. Die Lage ist perfekt,1 min zu Fuß zu den Liften …..wir kommen wieder

Sehr gut geführtes , gemütliches Hotel mit fantastischer Küche und sehr umsichtigen und netten Mitarbeitern / innen. Nach dem Skilaufen wird man mit einer leckeren Jause empfangen. Abends gibt es ein einfallsreiches 5- Gänge Menü. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
