You will receive an email asking you to send your passport the day before check-in, so please check it carefully. There are no staff at all, and it's a self-check-in system, but you have to send your passport to tell you the password.. I didn't know that, so I had a bit of trouble..! I can't reach WhatsApp, I only receive calls from local numbers! Other than that, the facilities were good for a short stay near the airport..!

This is a great concept hotel for one night layover in Brussels. Hotels in Brussels are extremely overpriced and this option is very economical. We had everything we needed to spend one night in Brussels before we were flying out.

Overall disappointing stay. Yes it was cheap and close to the station and the local shop but that’s about it. A few improvements could make this place amazing as the concept of the place is smart.
Firstly we had an issue with our door, as you can see from the picture attached it would not close properly.
Secondly there is NO WINDOWS. Like at all. So be aware.
Thirdly, no air on so it was boiling!
Lastly, some cleaner sheets. Forgot to take a picture but the duvet was dirty and have a period stain.

We had to cancel a room for our guest, which is unable to come due to hospitalisation of his wife with a dying baby. When we called your hotel to cancel the room we booked earlier tonight, the only thing the receptionist said was: unfortunately we cannot give your money back. Then asked for the room number and after hearing some woman talking in the background he hung up on us. When we called back the same dude answered, same lady in the back. (Guy speaks Dutch, woman French). When we explained that the call was disconnected he said ‘No, you’re calling to the wrong hotel, you have to call to the Zaventem hotel.’ When we said… but we just spoke to you personally, he hung us up again. It’s not about the refund but hanging up twice and lying to customers is unacceptable.

Worst professionals. Better go anywhere else. They have cancelled my reservation unilaterally few days before arrival. This havs never happened to me before and I travel quite a lot around the world. Disappointing.
