"Beautiful room -stylish and yet comfortable (only coffee maker in room missing), amazing wellness facilities especially considering the small number of rooms, attentive service staff at reception and in restaurant, restaurant with local food very good (only minus that they charge you 4.50 Euro per bottle of tap water even if you order a bottle of wine, also waiters don’t tell you before. Also unusual that management offers you a 50 EUR voucher for your next stay for a 5 star review) . Altogether very good for a certain price"

"I stayed here almost a week in February and I most say that from the initial booking, upon arrival and to check out, this was one of the best experiences at a hotel I have had so far. This is how it shall be done! I stayed in the Bellis suite, and it had a wonderful view towards the mountains and garden. The spa with saunas and pools was the perfect after ski before sitting down at their restaurant that was also top notch. They also have heated ski-lockers with a separate entrance where you can leave your equipment to dry over night. I was solo travelling this year, but we will most definitely stay here with my wife next year! This place is suitable for couples and singels."

"Such a greedy hotel. The receptionist was extremely impolite and was shouting at us. Probably she has some connection with the manager, otherwise she wouldn’t be working at the reception! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you want a bad experience!"

Good choice of food both for breakfast and evening meal. Enjoyed the entertainment that was arranged for 2 nights. Ideal situtaion for expoloring the surrounding areas."
