這是我住過最差的房間了 連空調都沒有 就一個像散熱器似的東西 洗澡也沒什麼熱水 屋裡凍死了 住了一晚上 我老公第二天感冒了 電視就一個台 還是少兒頻道 老闆你收我快300的房費 你心都不痛嗎

我們當天晚上到達酒店，準備好了身份證準備辦理入住，但是酒店工作人員説不需要，隨手就給了我們一張房卡，住了這麼多家酒店民俗，頭一次碰到不需要身份證就能辦理入住的，可見住在這裏的安全性是極低的，希望相關部門核實一下。
房間在最深處的一個看似荒廢的樓房裡，漆黑一片，打開房門，有一股發黴的味道，廁所無照明，衹插了一個臨時燈泡💡，房間內的燈也壞掉了，衹留下一個小暗燈，所有牆壁上的插座都不好用，需要費很大力氣才能把插頭插進去，不提供拖鞋，沒有遮光窗簾，衹有一個薄紗，根本起不到遮光的作用，外面看的一清二楚，房間內有空調但是被告知不能使用，空調是好的，商家怕費電衹給提供了一個嗡嗡作響衹能在半米內感覺到温度的小電暖風，整個樓所有客人洗澡水放了將近一個小時也不出熱水，好不容易有熱水，水流跟尿尿似的衹有一點點，根本無法正常洗澡，旅途很辛苦，晚上本想舒舒服服的洗個澡簡直是太奢侈了，最後怕感冒就沒有洗澡，頭髮也沒有洗上，房間內的環境衞生就不用提了，臟到不行。打電話給商家想問問怎麼解決，也是不接電話，接電話後態度也是極其惡劣，真讓人噁心🤢
我們在旅途的過程中住的所有酒店的環境和衞生都是很好的，即使環境差一點但是設施都很完善，即使在山裡住的也很舒服很乾凈，但是在柴河月亮小鎮這家簡直讓我們失望透頂。
我不明白，像這樣的商家為什麼能夠在平台上繼續銷售？我本人表示很不理解！希望大家謹慎購買！
