房間挺大的，還有一個大浴缸，小朋友很喜歡，床也是很大的，一家三口🧑🧑🧒也不擁擠，早上的自助餐也挺全乎的，滿足一家人口味的需求，前台的小哥哥小姐姐也很熱情，解決問題及時，最喜歡的還是整個環境，讓人很舒服，

在選擇住宿時，我總期待 “意料之外的驚喜”—— 不僅是硬件的達標，更要有服務帶來的鬆弛感。這次入住張北天保那蘇圖酒店酒店，從踏入大堂到退房離開，讓我感受到了這一切。
酒店位於天保那蘇圖景區中心位置，周邊是廣袤的草原，推窗即可看到絕美景色，遠山近水相映成趣，傍晚還能欣賞到美麗的晚霞。房間裏沒有浮誇的裝飾，卻處處體現人性化的設計，推開門，插入門卡，窗簾、電視自動打開，給人一種進家的感覺；
前台工作人員辦理入住和退房手續快捷，態度熱情友好、耐心周到，會主動介紹周邊的玩法，有問必答，讓客人感到温暖和貼心；
最值得説的是早餐，自助餐非常豐富，菜品中西合璧，最讓人感到舒服的是即使用餐時間快結束了，服務員還會端上缺的菜品，讓客人自由選擇。
張北的這次旅行不僅讓我領略到了大自然的美麗，也讓我體驗了這個舒服的酒店，下回一定會推薦朋友過來住

入住那蘇圖酒店太驚喜了！推窗就是絕美景色，遠山近水相映成趣，傍晚的晚霞更是讓人挪不開眼。前台小姐姐超貼心，辦理入住快還主動介紹周邊玩法，有問必答特別耐心。房間乾淨整潔，設施也新，住得舒服又舒心，下次來還選這！

首先我的點評是善意的，而不是惡意的，我希望貴公司越做越好。所以我也不會點差評
衞生:2分（衹有0分）原因並不是我住的房間床品未換不乾淨，而是我反饋給總枱後，服務員來了幾個人給我換的時候一句:全換嗎？問了我好幾遍……（我説全換，床單，枕頭都是污漬不應該全換嗎？這個房間有沒有換新的床單被罩你們不知道嗎…）床單不明黃色圈裝圖和枕頭點點滴滴的不明污漬，我給你們機會了不應該全部都更換嗎？這裡是一個管理上的疑問句？
環境:5分，沒的説，建立在草原上，還配套了很多遊玩項目，因為我駕車完了一天了很累了，所以沒有去參加，下次一定（但是酒店衞生得改善前提）雖然沒體驗，但是我覺得不錯，有篝火晚會，也有煙花，還有現場迪吧，鬥舞（我都是在房間聽到的，很熱鬧）
服務:4分（點的5分），其實很滿意，但是4分的原因就是，你們身為一個攜程4鑽酒店相當於4星級酒店了，當我要借一個充電線的時候，總枱説我們説我們沒有外借的充電線，但是大堂有充電寶……（可以理解，但是需要知道很多東西充電寶充不了的…不是衹為手機服務）做為4鑽酒店這些基礎服務都需要準備的。
設施:5分（4分）天花漏水後的痕跡無人修復…（次要）但是作為4鑽口碑的酒店，基礎東西得有，別的我不挑毛病，就是你配咖啡杯咖啡勺的早點在哪？不明白……一個經濟性酒店都有茶盤，中斷的別説掛耳咖啡了，速溶的也得有吧，啥也沒有，就兩瓶礦泉水。
希望你們能更進一層…壓縮成本可以，但是不應該從這些方面…尤其是和顧客直接皮膚接觸的
（汗液，性液等等都可以產生這些現象，而且這些都是具有傳染性的）

酒店非常好，在景區裏，房間很乾凈，也很寬敞。酒店前台服務人員態度很好，盡力幫助客人解決問題，很耐心。景區有個湖泊很漂亮，坐船去可以看到水鳥棲息的地方，有鳥蛋和孵化的小鳥，非常可愛

酒店設施條件不錯，服務不錯，餐廳吃飯非常不錯，位置處於景區之內，環境一流，適合長者和孩子，也非常適合早上跑步，圍湖跑一圈5公里多一點，準備將來有機會再來

酒店硬件設施非常滿意，床鋪安排適合二孩家庭出遊。酒店私域草原景色漂亮，活動豐富。
不滿意的地方在於退房時間12:00，即使後續無人入住也一再催促退房。
