Vantu·ANNICA Tourism Resort (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park)

This isn't really a review, but rather a heartfelt thank you. From the moment I booked the hotel, Ms. Gao (Annica) added me on WeChat to discuss airport transfers and sightseeing arrangements, which I initially thought was standard procedure. However, from the moment she picked us up, the customer experience was truly exceptional. She gave us a hand-drawn map of Zhangjiajie in the car and proactively helped us plan our itinerary and book tickets. Since our stay was quite short, she even offered to drop us directly at the scenic spot. She took our luggage back to the hotel and placed it in our room, saving us a lot of check-in time. It wasn't until dinner time that she first messaged us, asking if we needed directions back to the hotel or if we planned to dine there. We initially intended to eat out, and she patiently offered us recommendations. Eventually, due to time constraints, we decided to dine at the hotel. She thoughtfully sent me the menu beforehand so we could order in advance, which was incredibly helpful. When we entered our room, the floor heating and air conditioning were already on, instantly melting away the day's fatigue. Dinner was delightful – attentive yet unobtrusive. When we returned to our room, she also proactively discussed our plans for the next day and introduced the breakfast options. Annica always seemed to have an almost magical ability to appear precisely when you might need her. And when we left, she even helped us carry our luggage to the intersection so we could easily hail a taxi directly to the high-speed rail station. We might not return to Zhangjiajie just for the scenery, but we would definitely go back for Annica. Thank you, Ms. Gao!

A truly satisfying experience! The stay was comfortable, and the meals at the B&B were excellent. The service was absolutely top-notch. The staff (a lovely lady!) gave us fantastic tips for local attractions, which saved us a lot of hassle. Perfect!
