Zhangjiajie Ruke Hotel

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they always make sure everything is well taken care of. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the service throughout was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that they even provide free laundry service, which was such a thoughtful touch. What really made this place special is that the hotel has adopted some super friendly and adorable cats. They are clearly well cared for, and it is very kind of the hotel to give them a home. I absolutely loved the cats, and they added so much warmth and charm to the stay.

It has been the best and unforgettable experience! Firstly, we were picked up at the airport in the right time and very easy to identify Joe to drive us to the hotel (he did not allow us to take the heavy luggage, he did it instead! SUV was impeccable and excessively comfortable!. When we got to hotel Joe again took our luggage to the lobby, we were very warmly welcomed with a nice tea and slippers to rest our tired feet!, they took our shoes and offer to clean them as well as we were offered to wash clothes for free if needed!!! Wow..we really felt like at home!! Room was quite nice, large size with nice amenities. When going out to hang around we were taken again by Joe, - we did not have to ask for! .. we were helped to book Fox Fairy Show tickets , and again, Joe took us no just to the show, he walked us to our sits! After the show he did picked us up… breakfast also amazing… we were taken to the railway station after checking out. Thanks to all Ruke’s staff members to make us feel not just welcomed but like in Home.!! Unforgettable and highly recommended to stay at Ruke!!
