A cosy home away from home! We will be back! This hotel has a homely, bespoke hotel feel that you don’t find at larger hotels. Daily we were serviced a beautiful traditional Chinese breakfast, the day before you choose from a large selections to customise your breakfast. The coffee is good!!! The staff are wonderful, so sweet and wanting to do anything they can to help. Very prompt wonderful laundry service. Very clean. What a winner!!

The room was very clean, and the location was super convenient. The staff were attentive and thoughtful! The laundry and shoe shine services were a fantastic touch!

I booked and stayed here for two nights. The hotel is located in the heart of Zhangjiejia and close to restaurants and supermarkets, and within walking distance to Tianmenshan cable car. The decoration is impressive. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved the amenities here. Everything is well-equipped- free drinks,, snack, even eye masks. The hotel offered such as l the delighted breakfast which you can choose whatever are in the brunch of breakfast lists. Despite the language barrier, hotel staff have a hard effort in communicating with the guests. I especially thank you to a special reception - Xiao Pai the reception cat. He made me such a joyful time staying in this hotel even more. The hotel also offers free complementary laundry for guests . Perfect stay and highly recommended.

A super cozy, intimate boutique hotel with excellent service and genuinely friendly staff. We stayed for a couple of nights and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay, and the breakfasts were something truly special.

Service: Among all the hotels I've stayed in recently, the service here is top-notch! From the moment I arrived until I left, they thought of every single detail for the guests. 1. They handled my luggage, and since you need to change into slippers before entering the room, guests' shoes are kept in a shoe cabinet in the entryway. They even offer to clean and dry your shoes, and I've never seen a hotel that carefully wipes all four wheels of your suitcase – but this one did! 2. As soon as I entered the lobby reception area, they warmly offered tea and water. When taking breakfast orders, they would even squat down to meticulously ask each person what they wanted. 3. Laundry service: You just put your dirty clothes in the laundry basket by the door, and they'll pick it up. It gets machine-washed for 5-6 hours, dried, folded, and placed in a basket by your door. We came back at 7 PM and got them back first thing in the morning – very thoughtful. 4. They proactively upgraded our room type. The only minor downsides were that some rooms facing the road could be a bit noisy at night, and since Zhangjiajie Airport is very close, you can hear planes flying over the city. 5. All other services were also responsive to requests, so I won't list them all. In short, this B&B offered a quality of service exceeding five-star luxury hotels. If I were to rate the service with stars, I'd give it seven stars. Though the B&B is small, it's warm and welcoming. Hygienef/Environment: Impeccably clean and tidy, no complaints. The hotel is only on the second floor, with a limited number of rooms arranged in an L-shape. The lobby, which also serves as the breakfast area, is at the corner. Dinner needs to be reserved in advance, which I didn't try. The rooms have smart XiaoDu controls, and the TV is a modern smart XiaoDu that can be used both horizontally and vertically, and you can even log into your Tencent Video account. The only reason I didn't give a full five-star rating is that the soundproofing of the room doors is a bit weak; you can clearly hear slightly louder conversations in the corridor. This really depends on the guests' consideration. Location: Downstairs, there are convenient restaurants and supermarkets, mostly湘菜 (Hunan cuisine), which is a must. It's very close to Zhangjiajie Railway Station, within walking distance. The Tianmen Mountain cable car (Line A), which is the most common entrance, is 1.5 km away and easily reachable by Didi. I also discovered a Nankou Food Street with all sorts of food, next to the Bubugao shopping mall, also an easy 2 km Didi ride. Only Zhangjiajie West Station is a bit further, more than a 20-minute drive. Bonus points: The mascot cat is very cute! Summary: I will definitely stay here again next time!

Super hotel! We were warmly welcomed, checked in early, and met separately at the airport with a sign. There's a cute cat in the lobby that our son played with all day. Highly recommended!

十全十美 (perfect 10) is what I can described on my experience with Ruke hotel and their staffs. In terms of service, I couldn't find anything to complain about. Their attentiveness and the sincerity makes you feel pampered. They only have 23 rooms and the Zen like design feels very cosy. Definitely a must stay if you like those.

Perfect experience for 3 night stay at 如可酒店! The service provided by the staff is exceptional. The hotel include daily breakfast, supper dessert and even cleaning of clothes. We can also customise our breakfast daily. After checking out, the hotel provider car to our high speed rail station. Kudos to all the staff in the hotel for making this stay memorable! Special mention to 小白 the cute cat in the hotel. -

Honestly, this was one of the best places we have every stayed. The amenities were spotless and perfectly designed. The staff was not only extremely friendly and welcoming, but also attentive and willing to help us with literally anything immediately. The breakfast was delicious. We got to choose each night our breakfast set for the next morning so there was enough flexibility and variety. We loved it. The location was fantastic as well. Just in walking distance from the cable car station to Tianmen mountain. We had such a good time that we sometimes just stayed for a while in the lobby, chat to the staff and most importantly played with the cats! All in all a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend it! 这几天住的很开心，谢谢你们！

Perfect stay! Very clean hotel. It was beautifully decorated and very serene. Loved the service most of all. They served us tea and hot towels right after we got out of the elevator into the reception area, and were so nice in guiding us through. Loved the free fruit bowl. The breakfast was also so delicious, especially the soup broths. It was so comforting! 10/10 stay.

This hotel felt like cozy, warm & welcoming. The entire experience of staying at the hotel were full quiet & peace. The staff were amazing and made us feel at home.

The hotel's decor is very cozy and comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent. The service is exceptional, breakfast is plentiful, and there's dedicated parking. They even offer a goodnight dessert soup. We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend!

KITTENSSS!!!! This hotel was easily one of the best we stayed at in our travels of china. The service was outstanding, definitely the best we've experienced, the staff were extremely friendly and would go out of their way to help. The rooms were nice and clean. There was free laundry service which we really appreciated as it was one less thing to worry about, making our holiday more relaxing. The included breakfast food was also good, with a decent variety to choose from. It was very convenient even if we had to leave early for activities, with the serving time starting as early as 6:30am. There was also a different afternoon snack each evening from taro soup to yogurt with muffins. The location was good, very central in Zhangjiajie city, about a 10 minute walk from the central bus station and 15 minutes from the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. The hotel also has a resident cat and her 2 kittens that you can play and sit with in the lobby area of the hotel!
