Huanman Hotel (Zhongshang Square Dayong Ancient City, Zhangjiajie)

Had a great stay at the Huanman Hotel! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept soundly at night. The location is convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. It offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The bathroom and shower in the room I just checked were all wet, and there were cigarette butts. Plus, the noodle cook at breakfast had a terrible attitude. I asked for noodles and was told to wait, but after waiting for over 10 minutes, I found out they hadn't even started cooking them. Overall, the room facilities are good, similar to Atour, but it feels like the management training isn't quite up to par!

The room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. After booking, they proactively called to confirm our check-in time and any requests. Anything we needed was promptly delivered to our room. They even offered a complimentary 'goodnight porridge' in the evening. The hotel's location is also fantastic; there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, and it's just a 10-minute walk to Dayong Ancient City.

The hotel is clean with a great ambiance. The breakfast is abundant, and it's centrally located in the city, making transportation convenient. It's quiet both day and night, and there's a shopping mall right downstairs, which is handy for shopping. Tianmen Mountain is only a 10-minute drive away!

The room was spacious, and the service was decent and friendly enough. However, the hygiene was a bit lacking – some of the complimentary toiletries weren't fully stocked, and I even found an opened cotton swab and a used comb. The front desk is on the 18th floor. I've tried my best to give a high rating.

This hotel isn't large, but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There are many thoughtful touches in the room, and you can scan a QR code to request disposable amenities. The service experience was excellent; the housekeeper proactively contacted us to confirm our room preferences, and complimentary congee was offered in the evening. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was comprehensive and quite good, and there's even popcorn available at the front desk. The hotel is located in the heart of Zhangjiajie city, with large shopping malls and many dining options nearby. Parking is convenient, and it's close to Dayong Ancient City. Highly recommended.
