Huge thanks to the two lovely ladies at the front desk! They were so busy during the holiday period but remained incredibly warm and attentive. The location is excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. They even helped solve our parking problem, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

This is the best place I've stayed at so far on my 18-day self-guided trip. It's clean, spacious, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The front desk lady was a bit shy but super attentive. And wow, the cat in the lobby is really well-fed!

The staff was amazingly helpful, helped me to find the bus to get from the train station to the hotel, also upgraded my room for free. Very very kind and helpful service, walking sticks and umbrellas can be borrowed at the front desk. Very close to the park entrance, discounted tickets can be purchased at the hotel as well. Amazing service! Room is also nice. Got a free map of the park from the front desk as well.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The in-room facilities are very smart, and the environment is great. The front desk service was fantastic. It's also very close to the East Gate of the Forest Park.

Not a 5 stars hotel but overall good. 5 minutes walk to east gate of Zhang Jia Jie National Park. There re on going renovation opposite the hotel so a bit messy but no sound can be hear at our room. We slept quite peacefully. Receptionist lady very helpful, friendly and honest. Hotel also help with purchasing of attraction tickets entrance but when she knows that we had booked ours own tickets. She still happy to help with our enquiry. 5 stars for excellent service and to the cute cat also.
