Tianya Zhicheng Landscape Resort Hotel (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Entrance Store)

Facilities: I've never experienced an air conditioner set to 30 degrees Celsius still feeling cold. I tried adjusting it for a long time, but it remained cold. In the end, I had no choice but to turn it off completely. Hygiene: The hygiene was even more subpar. The food in the cafeteria seemed to be several days old. Environment: The front desk area was generally okay, but the hotel interior was average, and there was a noticeable toilet odor.

The hotel's location is excellent. From our room, we could see the bus station right outside the window, and it's only about a ten-minute walk to the East Gate of the Forest Park, making the transport links incredibly convenient – truly exceeding our expectations. The service was exceptional, our room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast spread was generous. Traveling with a child, they even provided an extra complimentary breakfast.

My experience here far surpassed what I expected, absolutely deserving of a perfect score! Firstly, the location is fantastic; it's right by the bus station and there are many breakfast and dining options just downstairs. During check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even proactively offered information on sightseeing routes for local attractions. This attention to detail was a definite bonus. The room was even cleaner and brighter than the photos, with well-maintained facilities that didn't feel old or worn. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly all night. The bathroom featured thorough wet/dry separation, a full set of toiletries, and consistently stable hot water pressure and temperature, which I really appreciated. The staff also proactively asked about my stay experience, which was very thoughtful. I'll definitely prioritize staying here on my next visit to the city, and I've already recommended it to friends!
