The best hotel in Zhangjiajie. Environment: Built near the forest park, on the mountain. The manager will arrange a car to pick you up from the airport or station. Breakfast and coffee are provided daily, and lunch and dinner can also be enjoyed at the hotel, all of which are delicious. Cleanliness: Clean, well-equipped, and the rooms are beautiful. Service: Exceptional and very attentive. They cater to every request.

The environment is great, clean, and hygienic. I haven't seen so many stars in the city for a long time! The staff are also very friendly. I highly recommend their food, especially their vegetables! Vegetables! Vegetables! I'm not sure if they grow them themselves or if they're from nearby villagers, but they are incredibly delicious!!!

Came here to relax with a friend, arrived at night. The hotel staff were very nice and welcoming, and the hotel environment is excellent. The breakfast was also delicious! It's a great place to unwind and relax. I highly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel is nestled in the mountains, offering incredibly fresh air and stunning views of uniquely shaped peaks. Although transportation can be a bit inconvenient, they do provide a shuttle service. The rooms are well-equipped, and the service is excellent. A special thanks to Doudou and Panpan for their warm and attentive service. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I initially booked for one day, then extended my stay for two more. The place is really nice. I happened to be there during a heavy snowfall, and the snow scenery was beautiful. The surroundings are quite open and spacious. My only minor complaint is that food delivery can be a bit tricky, but otherwise, there are no real downsides. It’s perfect for a change of scenery and a few days of peaceful retreat. The butler helped arrange my itinerary, including transfers. The room service was excellent, and breakfast was delivered right to my door. Overall, it was very thoughtful. There’s no TV, but you can get a projector. The downside is that many features require an extra fee, which felt a bit pointless. The food was delicious. I only had Chinese meals, but every dish was tasty, and you could even tell the chef your preferred flavors for a customized meal.

The free-range chicken soup was excellent; I had it two meals in a row. The chicken really was free-range, and the texture was fantastic. The high-speed rail shuttle service was also very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied. A special shout-out to the young guys working there – they were dedicated, hardworking, and really put their hearts into the service. I hope you continue your efforts and make this farm stay even better: treat guests with sincerity, build a great reputation, and turn this farm stay/farm hotel into a globally renowned brand!
