It was very clean and still worth recommending. I booked two nights, and it was convenient to eat nearby, much better than staying near the South Gate. It's a shame I checked out for the last night to stay near the South Gate; it was a terrible experience. I wish I hadn't checked out.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Every time I needed help with something, the staff were quick to assist, welcoming, and approachable. Extremely satisfied with my stay, especially the excellent service and rich breakfast selection. The free shuttle service to the East Gate of the Forest Park, Charming Xiangxi, and Zhangjiajie West Station was incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very patient, offered many helpful suggestions, and did their best to accommodate our requests. Their smiles were delightful! They even gave us a gift when we checked out, which was such a pleasant surprise. I rarely write reviews, but this time I absolutely had to express my appreciation. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Zhangjiajie!

Amazing stay, probably the best I had so far in China. My flight got cancelled last minute in Shanghai due to a typhoon and the hotel was flexible to reschedule. The staff is very friendly, would highly recommend the hotel for booking trips to Zhangzjiaje national park as they give good instructions. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is also nice. Would recommend!

The biggest and best thing to say about the hotel is its service concerning transfers, planning and organization. The free rides to the East gate were extremely useful as well as the paid transfer from the station, which is great value for that distance. The staff were really friendly and helpful,willing to solve all kinds of problems. They planned our entire itinerary based on our thoughts and requests and booked our tickets, which was really reliving and pleasant while preparing for our trip. The location of the hotel is also great with a ton of touristy restaurants and shops nearby to accommodate you with almost anything after your tour of the park. Breakfast is a typical chinese one with lots of carbs and protein options to choose from, some fruit and a nice beverage variety. The only downside I could name is that despite booking a non-smoking room we could feel a mild smell, but that definitely didn't come from the room itself rather than from the room above or the exhaust system. We didn't sound our concerns to the front desk though, it was pretty much ok keeping in mind that we basically only slept there.
