Kyriad Hotel (Zhangjiajie Seventy-Two Wonders Building, Jishou University Branch)

The hotel's front desk staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and provided excellent, attentive service. Plus, the hotel is super close to the 72 Qilou and Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area!

The room was quite spacious and clean. We visited during the Chinese New Year, and generally, there weren't many people in Zhangjiajie city. The driver told us that ***** New Year's Eve is the Tujia people's Spring Festival. Later, we went to the 72 Qilou and Tianmen Mountain, and the scenery there was truly beautiful. We even saw rime ice during the Spring Festival.

This Home Inn was recommended by a friend, and it offers great value for money. The air conditioning was really warm, and the room was very clean. Plus, there are plenty of food options nearby, which is super convenient. 5-star rating!

The lobby scent is very pleasant, and the overall atmosphere is cozy yet upscale.

The room was quite clean and very modern. The shower water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, and while the bathroom was designed with a wet/dry separation, the layout was a bit awkward as the door only closed halfway. The room received excellent sunlight. It's about 4 kilometers from the 72 Wonders Tower, and you can park on the street without worrying about tickets.

The environment is just okay, and the hygiene isn't great. The toilet is tiny. The laundry room was useless; the washing machine couldn't spin the water out, and the buttons were faulty. The quick wash cycle ran for ages without properly washing anything. The dryer was completely broken, and nobody bothered to fix it, which was annoying. Don't trust the travel agency inside the hotel; they're scammers. They just sell tickets but will basically sell you off to a tour group for a two-day, one-night trip. Of course, the first day is for sightseeing, and the second day is a shopping stop. You could also just ditch the tour group on the second day.
