Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan

Exceeded my expectations! The hotel's design is innovative and unique, and it's also smart and convenient. The staff were very attentive; everyone I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, the room attendants, and even the lady cleaning the public restroom who I asked for directions to the laundry room, was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a great experience! Having a laundry room is such a bonus for travelers!

The room was clean and tidy, but the bathroom floor was wet, and my child almost slipped. After reporting it to the front desk, someone was sent to fix it very quickly. The hotel has a Chinese garden style, and the rooms are quite spacious, making it suitable for family trips.

The Hilton Forest Park branch has a spacious and grand lobby with a strong New Year atmosphere. The environment is comfortable, and the Executive Twin Room is quite large. The floor-to-ceiling window directly faces Wuling Mountain, offering great mountain and garden views. The breakfast is rich and tasty, truly excellent!

The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is plentiful. For Chinese New Year, they even prepared blessing stamps and a blessing wall, which created a wonderful atmosphere. In the courtyard, the fruit trees were laden with golden lemons (what the locals call kumquats), symbolizing good fortune for the new year. There's an outdoor pool and camping tents; it's quite pleasant for guests who return early from sightseeing to chat and play cards. There are also facilities for children, which is great for little ones. The hotel also has a laundry room, which is very convenient.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The two kids loved it, they had so much space to run and play in the room. It was bright and spacious, decorated in a lovely, warm, and high-quality cream style. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct mountain views, and the bathtub was incredibly relaxing. The bedding was soft and comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The service was also top-notch, truly five-star quality. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit Wulingyuan!

The facilities are complete, but the shower pressure is a bit low, and the room feels stuffy due to poor ventilation.
