There was dust everywhere, and everything felt dirty. They gave us small amount of toilet paper.
They made a mistake and made us pay again for the room, which made me pay « international card fees », then they gave us a refund but in cash since it didn’t work for Alipay. But they didn’t refund the fees I had to pay.

The hotel room is comfortable and the services are nice. The lady helped us to book various tickets for Zhangjiajie area at a discounted price. They also picked us from the railway station to the hotel, and vice-versa on the way back as well.

The hotel is just 10 minutes from the West train station, so it was perfect for us, as it was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms are also very clean and the staff is willing to help. The transfer to the station was also very convenient

If you are foreigners and would like to get an authentic experience in China, that's the place to be.
I was amazingly welcomed by the couple who owns the place. They were very helpful in arranging my outings.
The hotel is also well located: 10 min from Zhangjiajie west railway station and 15 min from the Tianmen mount cable car.
Do not miss it!
