The hotel was clean and tidy. It's super convenient as it's right next to Charming Xiangxi, and also very close to the Forest Park. The hotel's tour guide service for the scenic area was excellent; they helped us get discounted tickets and planned a great itinerary for us.

The Pullman Zhangjiajie Hotel was truly a hidden gem for this trip! After comparing many options, we settled on this one, and its location is simply outstanding. It's incredibly close to the East Gate entrance, which is the heart of the scenic area, making it super convenient for exploring. Right outside the hotel, there's a bustling night market, and Charm Xiangxi is next door. Across the street, Kuaile Xiangxi Restaurant offers great value for money. Everything—dining, accommodation, and transport—was excellent. The stay itself far exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Jerry, who might not be a front desk staff member but was incredibly versatile. He not only planned our itinerary in detail but also adjusted it in real-time according to our schedule, showing great thoughtfulness and care. The hotel's breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted good, a perfect way to start the day's adventures. I also noticed that this place is really popular with foreign tourists. Thumbs up!

Amazing stay! The location is perfect—right next to a lively main street full of street vendors, and only a few steps away from an incredible show and a beautiful park. They kindly upgraded our room, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.
