We had a three-day itinerary in Zhangjiajie, including Tianmen Mountain. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we didn't get to see the beautiful scenery. The hotel breakfast was quite good, and getting a taxi was very convenient. The staff seemed quite busy; you really had to proactively ask them for travel tips. This trip had a lot of regrets. Definitely check the weather beforehand – it's not worth going just to see a blanket of white fog.

We had a wonderful stay at Yunmei Bieyuan Hotel. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean throughout our stay. Everything was well organized and made us feel relaxed after long days exploring Zhangjiajie. A very special thank you to Xiao Gong, who was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. He assisted us so much with purchasing tickets and was always available to help with any questions we had. His friendliness, patience, and excellent service truly made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again in the future!

The room was clean and tidy, with great facilities. The large parking lot was very convenient for self-driving travelers. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including several popular chain restaurants. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.

I love this hotel. The room was clean. The lighting was perfect. Windows were nice. The best feature were the reception people. They were so helpful and lovely. One lady even walked us all the way to the Didi. Location: it’s very quiet. Not in the main tourist spot so if you like quiet, go for this hotel.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the room. The decor follows the Song Dynasty aesthetic, which is quite unique. For this price point, it's definitely good value. I noticed a lot of foreigners staying here too. It's also not far from the cable car station, which is convenient. And the breakfast was quite abundant.
