By far the best hotel I have stayed at in China! The hotel staff were very attentive, and so helpful! From letting us check in early, to helping book tickets, to surprising us with birthday cake at dinner! They really went above and beyond with everything!!! We would highly recommend staying here!

A lovely holiday weekend with family. The staffs of the hotel are very friendly and well organised. Especially like the pre-order dinner serves, after a day trip in the mountains and returned hotel the food is already prepared and it’s delicious. We had a wonderful time.

A good choice to stay in this Mountain View hotel. Thank you Justin upgrade this nice room to us and wait for us on our late arrival. He even drive us out to convenient store to buy things on next day night . Hotel is near National park entrance.

Beautiful little hotel with an amazing view of the mountains from the valley. I can only it looks even better in warmer months when things are greener and the pool is in service. It’s super convenient to get to the nearest gate to the national park, maybe 5 minutes walk. We stayed here because they allowed dogs to stay. They were super friendly to my four legged buddy. Unfortunately, the park staff at the nearest gate was not friendly at all. If you want to take your dog into the park you either need to hide them in a bag or go through a different gate. The hotel employees can help you with this. I don’t remember the name but the restaurant just up the hill from the hotel was really good. Highly recommend their potatoes!

Worst hotel ever to stay during cold winters in Decemeber 1. Old hotel. Found some stains on bedsheet which they changed later (so sorted out) 2. Heating system takes a long long time kick in. So if you had long day. It will feel like the wild even inside the room 3. The worst of the worst - no HOT WATERrrrrrrrr! I was furious about this. The whole town was literally frozen, it was crazyy cold. And you come back after a long day - for a dip in the jacuzzi / shower! no hot water. It’s like camping in the wild. 4. Paid a lottt of money - it’s a very expensive hotel so expected good service. The entire hotel had like 1 guy you can talk to. He said his boss is out of town so he cant fix the hot water untill he is back. 5. Breakfast is below average. The breakfast area is very cold as well. 6. No entertainment systems whatsoever, zero. The worst experience ever. Only good thing - room had a good view and the guy at the reception was a nice guy. But that doesn’t give me.. my money’s worth.

Great hotel if you’re looking for peace 🧘🏻♀️ and quiet. Is located at less than 10 minutes walking for one of the entrance to the National Park, that entrance is not crowded. If you want to know the downtown is not a good choice. If you want to enjoy the nature, is the best option. The room is clean and has a beautiful view from the mountains, it smelled a little musty. The food in the hotel is really good (obviously Chinese style), the breakfast is small buffet but good and the coffee ☕️ was excellent. You can buy there different kinds of drinks: wine, sodas, beers, mineral water … and in the surrounding you can found 2 stores The staff is nice and friendly

The service at this hotel was exceptional. They were helpful with booking tours and made great suggestions for my itinerary. The views are great from the hotel too, however the hotel is at the top of the mountain, and getting a taxi/Didi can be hard. ( not impossible ). Highly recommend because of the service.

If you are planning to visit Zhangjiajie, this hotel is a perfect place to stay. It is an amazing experience in Zhangjiajie. The hotel location make it perfect spot for those who wanna go around all the sightseeing in Zhangjiajie.The host is a fantastic guy, kind and helpful, and as extra bonus, he speaks English. He helped us to arrange for our daily tours and has great knowledge about the area, forest, and sightseeing. The hotel was very neat and clean with fantastic avatars mountain view. The breakfast was also nice and covered variety of Asian and western tastes. Furthermore, we driven there with our EV, and the fast charging station is opposite to this place. Moreover, as we travel with our two dogs, we chose a pet friendly hotel and it worked. it’s a great pet friendly hotel for those who travel with their fair babies. In the second day of our stay the host surprised me with the cake 🎂 for my birthday which proof how friendly he is and care about guests happiness and comfort. 张家界森林公园的景观令人震惊，同时，酒店的工作人员服务很好，他们记得我的生日并为我准备了一份蛋糕，很感谢，我们能够在房间里看到森林公园，景色很美丽

This homestay has an amazing view of the national park. The room was clean and cleaned daily. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful pointing us in the right direction and giving us suggestions where we could go. We had no issue in booking a Didi waiting only a couple of minutes. Location is great as you are only a few minutes from one of the park entrances. Breakfast was simple and we enjoyed being able to pre book dinner and be messaged when it was ready. Our only suggestion is the menu could be varied and some maintenance is required to keep the hotel looking 100%
