Jinyuanshan Meisu Hotel (Zhangjiajie Tianmenshan National Forest Park)

Location closed to Cable Car Station n so many local restaurants n shop around. But at nite quite boring inside city... Staff is good n helpful... going surrounding only available by taxi..

I specifically booked the room because of the large floor to ceiling window. I was initially put in a room with super small windows, quite dark and I had to ask for the room I actually booked. Unfortunately there is a massive building and construction site right in of window! So, despite the room being really nice and comfortable, in that specific topic, the pictures are quite misleading overall. There was not so much noise from the construction, but the "mountain view is sideways. The location is super convenient. The bus line 17 stops few meters from the hotel and connects to the high speed station. The cable to the mountain is just a couple of minutes walking distance. 1 person of the staff is incredibly nice and helpful and does everything to give you information and help. The other one doesn't speak a word of English, struggles to use translator app but also puts no effort. It was really hard to communicate. The restaurants below the hotel are good.

It was my first time in Zhangjiajie and stayed here 1 night! The price was so good for the location but unfortunately Tianmen Mountain cable car line B was closed due to weather so I had to go to line C via shuttle bus. I guess when its good weather location is very good. Unfortunately there was construction going on at front so it was little noisy and dusty but when we checked in it was super tidy. Also it was super cold & heather wasn’t working but staff provided extra blanket if asked. Would stay here again and recommend to others👍

Great location,5 min walk to Tianmen Mountain Cableway station. Nice room with wooden floor,clean and comfortable. Friendly check in. Recommended

Great Room, clean and a nice Ambiente. Shower has some leakage, test is fine. Really outstanding Service!
