The room was spotless and the bedding was super comfy. The soundproofing was excellent, so I slept incredibly well. The front desk staff were really warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. The location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, and it's fantastic value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time – highly recommend!

It's super convenient to get to Tianmen Mountain by taxi, and they have free parking. The room was really clean, which is a huge plus for me since I'm a bit of a clean freak! You can clearly see the beautiful Tianmen Mountain from the 7th-floor observation deck, it's like a painting. The manager and housekeeper provided amazing service; they even prepared breakfast for us even though we woke up late this morning, which was so thoughtful. It made us feel warm inside during our first visit to such a cold place like Zhangjiajie ❤️ Highly recommend it! 👍👍 Not many hotels pass my 'clean freak' test, haha. If you're planning a trip and need a room, go for it! Oh, and the balcony was great for drying clothes; the sun felt lovely.
