Neodalle Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan

Great service from the front staffs, club room, doorman , and the housekeepers. Nice and clean atmosphere.

I arrived very early and was allowed to check in hours early, which was incredibly helpful after a long journey. I was also upgraded to a nicer room. The room was large and had everything you needed. The location is very convenient for the East Gate of the National Park, which is only 3 minutes away by didi. The only downside is it’s quite far away from the larger city which has more food options and is where the airport/train station and some of the other tourist attractions are (Tianmen mountain). The breakfast buffet was ok, and had some western options. I also ate room service a few times, as options nearby are limited. The noodles were very nice but the burger was not. The staff were very helpful, especially Kiki and Sniper.

It is a nice hotel to stay if you want to visit the park, we were very satisfied with the rooms, but we’re not happy that in canteen was freezing cold. For breakfast or dinner we needed to wear winter jackets, it’s not very nice in 5 starts hotel 🤪 Swimming pool was also very cold, we wanted to swim but couldn’t. In the gym the temperature was 11 degrees 😅 I understand that it is winter, but don’t think it’s an excuse for the 5 stars hotel.

Geeat location and got upgraded and have better views! Amazing place to stay. Can walk to the amazing show center as well as restaurant! Just 5 mins drive to national park

Got a free upgrade to room with whole balcony. Attraction lady was caring, responsive and knowledgeable. Room was always kept clean and neat. Location is very good, very near to the national park and night show.

Hotel is very nice , service mind , superb location and walkable to Wulingyuan scenic area and restaurant, worth of value. . Hard to find this price with high service quality but you can find it from here. We might come at low season so price is soooo good

Ticks all the boxes of an elegant resort hotel. Enough staff who understand English for communication at any time to not be a pain. Services were excellent. A special shout out to Ms. Pan for going out of her way to help us with our train ticket problem. Our room was spacious and luxurious; bed, linen, toiletries were premium quality. Breakfast had everybody covered. The hotel, next door up from the busier Pullman hotel is in the most scenic area of Wulingyan. There is a night market and an enclave of restaurants nearby yet oddly the area remains calm and very walkable. The hotel is about 7 to 10 rmb ( less than $2) from most places in town an 40 rmb from the fast train station. We did not use anybody's travel services as it was not difficult to get around. Locals call this hotel "nabally;" neodalle" will get you a blank stare. Show them the hotel's business card and you'll be fine. All in all I'd choose to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It is well worth a 40% premium over Pullman.

We had a wonderfull stay at Neodalle, the location is great only 15-20 minutes walking to Zhangjiajie national park. Very nice rooms and great service. Especially Luna, who speaks very good english was of great help for us. We could always reach her during our stay for help and she was available 24/7! One thing that can be improved is climate control in the common areas. We stayed there during wintertime and it was quite cold in the common areas. Overall we really recommend this hotel as it provides great value for money!
