Response from Property: First of all, we are deeply sorry that your stay was not satisfactory and we take your concerns very seriously. Regarding any details you may have raised, we would like to be frank: the rooms are made of concrete, which offers improved soundproofing compared to most wooden guesthouses. All showerheads are fully restocked, and linens are strictly changed for each guest. We always strive to resolve any issues during your stay promptly. If you had any questions about your room, whether you needed a room change or were dissatisfied with the service, we would have responded immediately without any pressure. Unfortunately, we were unable to receive your feedback and requests, missing the opportunity to communicate and adjust promptly. Due to the high volume of guests during the National Day holiday, we have tried our best to combine your three reserved rooms to accommodate your group of six adults and one child. Considering your large luggage, we have arranged a business car to pick you up from the airport at 11 PM. The next day, after you checked out, your family and children rested in the lobby from the afternoon until nearly 8 p.m. We diligently provided them with a fan, concerned about the heat for the elderly and children. When we learned you were visiting the 72 Wonderful Towers, we offered to drive them to you, considering your need to return to pick them up. These actions were all designed to make your trip less stressful. We are also perplexed and regretful that we failed to convey our sincere care. We sincerely recommend that you contact us promptly with any requests or complaints you have during your next stay at our B&B. This will ensure a smoother experience. Finally, we wish you a safe journey and hope we can continue to improve our service in the future.
