The hotel from the inside is pretty good, comfortable beds and clean sheets. The bathroom was a bit worse tho (not bad either). Location was good but checking-in and out was a bit off because there was no actual reception. Make sure you directly go to floor 8 inside the building when looking for the hotel!

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I slept like a baby every night.

You have to pay for the ticket to get to the hotel because it’s located in the old town walking complex. It costs 105 yuan. We showed to the ticket office lady our hotel and luckily there was nobody else there so she called the hotel to have someone come pick us up. The hotel location is down several steps and we would NOT have found it if we had to find it on our own. The hotel location is great as it’s right by the left side of the waterfalls, if you want to step out of your room and be right there. But the room was very small and we could barely open our suitcases. They also didn’t have proper towels but instead had these disposable “paper” towels. Overall good experience but room very small.

Overall, it is a good place to stay as it is very close to the Tianmenshan cable car station. The owner is friendly and helpful. He helped us to find a parking spot at the building basement as we drove. However, there are some areas for improvement. For instance, the chain lock on the door was faulty and the handles on both windows were missing. Bottled water was also not provided in the room, we had to ask the owner for it.

September 2024, We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel located behind Tianmen cablecar. I could see it from my room. Just walked 2 minutes to Ticket office. Transportation is convenient. The owner was very nice. He walked with us to the bus station, bought Ticket at cheaper price, and guided us. We were appreciated it.

If you are looking for a place to visit Tianmen Mountain, you wont find closer than this hotel! The room was clean, and the owner reactive.

Location is slightly far away from the Zhangjiajie National Park entrance, but it’s nice, quite, and relaxed back there. People who run it could not be nicer and more helpful! Clean, large, and comfortable rooms Highly recommend supporting them!

The guy who greeted us and waited for us (because we arrived very late on the train) was super friendly. It's a great location if you're going up Tianmen Mountain. It's on the eighth floor. The only bad thing was that the bathroom smelled strongly of tobacco. Since we only stayed one night, the guy stored more luggage for us when we got off the bus. A thoughtful touch.

The boss is very welcoming, the room is large, and the solid wood decoration style is very high-end! The bedding is clean and hygienic, and it is also equipped with a drum washing machine. There is a dryer in the room! It is very close to the cable car!

The boss is enthusiastic and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. The room is spacious, decorated in Chinese style, with good sound insulation, complete facilities, services provided according to needs, and comfortable mattresses. The Tianmen Mountain Cableway Station is opposite the building, which is only a few minutes away, very convenient.
