Zhangjiajie West station pickup easily arranged and convenient. Wonderful staff, comfortable spacious room. Great shower :) easy to get around via DiDi, close to bus station to Wulingyuan too. Short walk to Tianmenshan entrance point for all routes! near many great restaurants too. Thank you!

The free pick-up service was great. Location of the hotel is very good if you want to visit Tianmen Mountain. Rooms look a bit dated if it comes to the design but overall all good. Delicious breakfast which is better at 06:30 than at 09:00.

I chose this hotel because i read from past reviews that shuttle bus service is provided to the high-speed railway station, which was a major deciding factor for my booking. However, during my stay, the service was not offered to us at all. When we inquired at the front desk, we were simply told to take a taxi instead.
Aside from this issue, the hotel room and cleanliness are impeccable. The room was spacious and we have a comfortable stay. Right outside are a row of eateries so there’s no lack of food choice.

Highly recommend this hotel to stay if you are going to Tianmen Mountain, short 10-15mins distance. Room is very modern and high tech, you can control the room lights and curtains via AI voice assistant or from the screen panels manually. Hotel also provide a one time free pickup or dropoff service to/from airport or zhangjiajie west railway station, just let the hotel know 1 day in advance and they will arrange for you.

The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and newly renovated. We had everything we needed. The staff was supper helpful. They helped us plan park routes and book tickets. They also provided transportation service to the east gate, which was very nice. They also had in-room massage services. We had a great experience and would stay here again.

The hotel is 3 to 5 minutes away from Tianmen Cable Way. Making it an excellent place to stay if you are heading to Mt. Tianmen. The room is comfortable and they offer a free ride service to the train station for you to depart to your next destination.
Apart from that, there is few chinese restaurants and convenience stalls beside the hotel!
