This was good. The receptionist was super helpful with my questions about the various sights. Bed was pretty comfortable. Main downside was the blower noise for the ventilation (though that can be turned off) -- I could still hear it slightly through my earplugs.

The hotel is really good, nice location for tourist attractions! The staff is very friendly and they speak nice English!! We decided to stay 3 days with them but after seeing the hotel we extended to one week! Amazing hotel. They can also help you book tickets and at great prices

Great location - about a 15min walk to the main entrance of the Tianmen Mountain lines. The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and the communication via Wechat was very practical. The room itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable! Laundry room was also available. :) I would say it was well over a 2* hotel standard.

Unexpectedly Amazing Stay – Feels Like Home in Zhangjiajie Honestly, when I first heard “guesthouse,” I didn’t expect much — but this place completely exceeded my expectations. Yes, it’s a bit tricky to find at first (you need to go into the building and up to the 9th floor), but once you arrive, everything changes. The place is incredibly comfortable, clean, and honestly feels like a home. I could easily stay here for a month 😂 The design is Japanese minimalist style, which I personally love — very neat, aesthetic, and cozy. The room is surprisingly spacious (we stayed as three people and it still felt very roomy). Big TV, automatic curtains, everything is clean and well-organized. They also clean the room every day, which is a big plus. And YES — free laundry service, which was super helpful after long days exploring. The bed is insanely comfortable — after a full day walking around Zhangjiajie, it felt like heaven 😂 The AC is strong and cold, perfect after being outside all day. Location-wise, it’s very strategic: • Near bus station • Close to Tianmen Mountain cable car • Surrounded by lots of food options • There’s even a really good BBQ (shaokao) spot right next door But the real highlight of this place is the service. Special thanks to Dandan and especially Caicai. Caicai was beyond amazing — honestly felt more like a friend than a receptionist. The moment we arrived (around 11 PM!), she immediately helped us plan our entire trip — Tianmen Mountain, Forest Park, Grand Canyon, Furong, Fenghuang — everything. She even helped book tickets at cheaper prices, arranged transport, and explained the whole itinerary step by step. What’s crazy is that she did all of this outside her working hours, and not in a forced way — she was genuinely kind and helpful. She even: • Explained routes using maps (drawing and marking everything clearly) • Recommended food spots • Personally walked us around the area at night to show us where to eat Without her, honestly, traveling around Zhangjiajie without a guide would have been very difficult. She made everything smooth, efficient, and stress-free. This place is truly value for money — great room, great location, and exceptional service. Highly recommend staying here. Just try it — you won’t regret it.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is well located in Zhangjiajie, with the Tianmen Mountain cableway within walking distance, as well as many restaurants just downstairs. The staff were extremely kind and always helpful with anything I needed. They even helped me book tickets for the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and the 72 Tujia Stilted Buildings. Special thanks to DanDan for the great assistance. The room itself was amazing, very beautiful, clean, and with a lovely atmosphere and decoration. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and very cute. Near to Tianmen mountain cableway station. They offered discounted scenic area tickets and gave me some advice.

Very nice staff, helps you with booking tickets for the national park and you even get a discount. Room is very nice and clean. Location is great to visit the national park because the bus terminal is quite close. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. Will definitely come back!
