Facilities: Very new. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Beautiful, the winter Christmas atmosphere was incredible and so thoughtfully put together. Service: Excellent! Everyone from the restaurant staff to the front desk, housekeeping, and even the ski resort staff were incredibly warm and polite. It really made a difference. Being in Aranya felt like being back in Northern Europe, with such a friendly atmosphere and a comfortable, relaxed vibe that immediately put me at ease. I brought my dog this time, and it happened to snow heavily, so my dog had a blast playing in the snow! Overall, a perfect experience. I'll definitely be back next winter season.

Facilities: The Aranya unique style is present, but compared to other Aranya locations, it feels much smaller. It's like everything you'd expect is there, yet something feels missing. The ski resort is fantastic; it felt like we had the place to ourselves every day, which might be due to it being the end of the ski season. Cleanliness: The hotel's cleanliness was just average, nothing remarkable. Service: I'd like to specially commend housekeeper Xinhu for her excellent service! She was incredibly attentive, checking in daily to see if we had any issues, and even gave us hot spring tickets.

Huge thanks to our butler, Jacky Yueling! We practically lived at A all season and experienced truly attentive and enthusiastic service. He was especially wonderful with our dog. Looking forward to seeing him next season!

You can enjoy outdoor skiing and scenic views, or indulge in indoor entertainment like KTV, hot springs, and a library. There's even a game room for the kids. No need to leave the resort; a wide variety of delicious food options are available.

Came here at the tail end of the ski season and this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The facilities are excellent, and the service is top-notch. They frequently checked if our room needed anything and were always happy to help. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

The room was small but perfectly functional. The service was excellent, and we had such a great experience that our child didn't want to leave and just wanted to stay at the hotel. There are plenty of places to eat and shops nearby. I wish I could keep skiing! See you next season.

This hotel is fantastic! First off, the decor is very pleasing and comfortable. Even though it's not a huge hotel, it's small but perfectly formed, very clean, and stylish. Their service is absolutely amazing! Even before we arrived in Chongli, the hotel concierge proactively contacted us, and reserved the room exactly as I requested. The breakfast selection is excellent, and every single staff member was incredibly patient and had a wonderfully positive attitude. I've stayed in so many five-star hotels where the service wasn't even as good as theirs. They even helped us bring our takeout orders up to the room, which was super convenient! Next time I'm in Chongli, I'd definitely choose to stay here again. And get this – all the snacks and drinks in the room are free! In the evening, the lobby even thoughtfully provides a ramen machine for guests. The ramen is super cheap, clearly not much profit there, but after a late night of skiing, being able to grab some ramen back at the hotel was just perfect. Before we left, the concierge kindly asked if we needed help bringing our luggage down for checkout – big thanks to them! All in all, I highly recommend this hotel! It's absolutely value for money, folks, just go for it!
