Wanlong Ski Resort International Apartment

The service was great, and the 'ski-in/ski-out' access was incredibly convenient; you can store your skis downstairs without having to carry them up. The downsides: no breakfast included, you have to go to the ski rental hall to eat, and the bathroom had a slight odor.

The ski-in/ski-out access was incredibly convenient. The staff at the front desk, both the young men and women, were super enthusiastic and efficient. One of the guys even offered to help me with my luggage, which was a lovely gesture. The cleaning lady was also very kind, and overall, I was really satisfied. The room itself was a standard commercial room, about 40 square meters, which felt a bit small, but it was perfectly adequate for one person. My only complaint is that the bathroom was tiny, comparable to what you'd find in a 15-square-meter apartment in Europe. I'd suggest renovating it by removing the current sink and integrating it with the shower area to expand the space. Just adding a mirror above the sink opposite the toilet would be more than enough. That would be perfect!

This was my first stay at Wanlong Apartment during my ski trip to Wanlong, and its location couldn't be more perfect. Stepping out of the apartment, you're right on Wolong Trail, making ski-in/ski-out incredibly convenient! Facilities: Although the bedroom in the king-size room is only about 10 square meters, it's still bright and airy. The bathroom is quite spacious, and the vanity is well-stocked with toiletries, including hand soap. Cleanliness: It was exceptionally clean and tidy, with gleaming floors. Housekeeping serviced the room daily during our extended stay, which was a nice touch. Environment: Besides the amazing ski-in/ski-out access, it's also connected to the Shuanglong Hotel, allowing easy access to their hot springs and buffet – incredibly convenient! Service: All the staff were very polite and courteous. A special thanks goes to Manager Hongying for her understanding and help, she was incredibly attentive to our needs, and I'm truly grateful! Suggestions: I stayed in room 1704, Zhonghua Longge. In the evenings, there was a noticeable sound of water flowing from upstairs when trying to sleep, which might briefly affect light sleepers. The water pressure in the bathroom is very strong, and when turned up high, the floor drain can't keep up, causing water to accumulate. Each time, I had to remove the rubber cap from the drain, but then a strong odor would come up, so I had to repeatedly put the cap back on and take it off. I suggest replacing the rubber cap to fix this issue! Overall, with its excellent location, top-notch service, and decent facilities, I highly recommend it!

A top choice for ski enthusiasts! The ski-in/ski-out access is incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. There's a gym, and it would be perfect if they could add a swimming pool.

Booked this for a friend, so I didn't ask for too many details, but they said it was decent, especially for the price. My friend mentioned the ski resort is great, with really long runs that are clear and unobstructed. The scenery is lovely, and the ski area is close to the hotel.
