"Our family chose the Fulong Revitalization Hotel for our trip. Check-in was quite smooth. Since one of our family members had some mobility issues, the young man at the front desk quickly helped us borrow a wheelchair and processed our check-in efficiently. We were assigned to building 8, which was very convenient for getting in and out. However, we did encounter some issues during our stay, such as a bad odor coming from the shower area in the bathroom. I reported it to the front desk, and Guest Relations Manager Qi Qi quickly understood the situation. She promptly contacted the engineering and housekeeping departments, and they resolved the problem for us. We were quite satisfied with the outcome. We hope that on our next visit, the hotel's facilities will have been updated."

"This was my first time celebrating Chinese New Year in Beijing, and I spontaneously decided to visit Chongli. I found this hotel on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) and it seemed like a great value for money. We had originally booked a one-bedroom suite for three people. We arrived at the hotel around 9 AM, but our room wasn't ready. So, we went out to explore for a bit. To our pleasant surprise, when we returned to the lobby at 11 AM, they had upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment! The hotel's ambiance is excellent, though the cleanliness could use some improvement, but that might be due to how busy they are during ski season. Breakfast options were decent, but there's room for improvement there too. The front desk service was absolutely fantastic, thank you! From our room, we had a stunning view of the ski slopes – the blue sky and white snow were breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance, and I'll be recommending it to my friends."

"Single hot spring ticket on-site: Comfortable and convenient. Hotel shuttle service to/from Taizicheng High-Speed Rail Station: Very convenient. Ski locker: 1. The room is a one-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. The washing machine, dryer, and fireplace are all high quality and kept the room very warm. Ski-in/ski-out access is super convenient. The breakfast pancake station was delicious and offered new options daily."

"The room was great, with a king-sized bed and bunk beds, perfect for a family of four. There was even a washing machine in the room, so we could wash our ski clothes at night and they'd be dry by morning. The shuttle service from Taizicheng High-Speed Rail Station was also very convenient."

"This was my fourth ski season staying at Summit Hotel, and it's definitely the best hotel in Genting and Wanlong. The rooms are fully equipped, the service is excellent, and the price is reasonable. Even during Chinese New Year, the price increase was minimal, making it the best value for money in Chongli. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and proactively offered to help with luggage. The Jinghuan Family Suite is an amazing value; not only is the room spacious, offering 270° mountain and snow views, but the tatami mat by the window was also incredibly convenient and a big hit with the kids. The hotel breakfast was rich and delicious, and the Hunan cuisine on the ground floor and the Yunnan cuisine on the ninth floor were both very authentic, with a top-notch dining environment. The hotel offers ski-in/ski-out access, which is super convenient. With the Yunlong Pass, you can ski to Wanlong and back, making for a fantastic experience. Fennie, the Assistant Manager in the hotel lobby, was beautiful, kind, warm, and attentive. She proactively upgraded our room and checked in with us every day afterward to ensure we were comfortable and if we needed any further assistance. Her thoughtfulness made us feel incredibly warm, and we'll definitely choose Summit Hotel again because of her. Having stayed at Courtyard, InterContinental, Fulong, Wanlong Longgong, and Crowne Plaza Cuishanshan during previous ski trips to Chongli, considering overall hotel facilities, service, cleanliness, and ski resort convenience, Summit Hotel is undoubtedly the best choice."

"We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. We stayed in a double room with Mountain View and the room was packed with lots of water and toiletries! They also gave us free fruit on the first day. All the staff from the house cleaners, front desk clerks, ski pass clerks, to the boys at the ski rental equipment desk were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a large assortment and an omelette station, yum! The gym was really nice and large but only had one yoga mat. The pool area was good but the small heated pool was rather luke warm. Best thing was this was a ski in and ski out hotel we didn’t have to leave it everything we needed to rent and do was right here! Also the Chinese restaurant on the top floor was SO delicious and staff again were so nice! Definitely coming back here for our yearly ski trips"

The most convenient aspect was the ski-in/ski-out access. Shixuechuan is suitable for beginners and intermediate skiers, with a long beginner-friendly slope that's fantastic to ski on."
Kew Green Hotel Xueruyi Zhangjiakou
"Extremely disappointing hotel. First, there weren't enough parking spaces in front; the parking lot could only accommodate about 20 cars with visible license plates, forcing others to park on the sidewalks below. Second, there was construction across the street, generating a lot of dust and noise. Third, check-in was extremely long; only two of the many reception counters were open. Fourth, the water in the rooms wasn't hot enough. Fifth, breakfast felt like browsing a market—extremely crowded and the restaurant was tiny. Sixth, the staff's attitude was generally poor, and because we had a lot of luggage, the concierge at the entrance only provided one luggage cart for us to carry ourselves. Seventh, the rooms were like a maze; one elevator led from the first to the second floor, and another required transferring to reach the third floor. The rooms were also difficult to find; the hallways seemed endless. We initially went the wrong way and had to go back, eventually finding our way to the emergency exit next to the elevator after a long wait, with no staff member providing guidance."

"The boss has put a lot of thought into it. The public area on the first floor is fully equipped with a bar, billiards, children's play area and board game room. We arrived late, so we booked a family room, which was decorated in a very childlike way. The room is warm enough, but the amount of water for bathing is a little small. The breakfast is also very varied and really good. It is very close to Wanlong and very convenient to drive there. No wonder everyone recommends living in the county town."
