Every time I go back to my hometown, I will stay at this hotel and have lived three or four times. Every time I feel very comfortable, the service is very good, I have a greeting when I meet, and the breakfast is very good. The only downside of returning this winter is that I feel that the heating is too sufficient, and the fire is not good. I hope to reduce some temperatures next time and match the humidifier to perfection.

The main hotel is more intimate as a whole, and there are free cards, cotton swabs, rubber bands, etc. available at the front desk. The 2nd floor is accommodation, and there is mineral water at the stairs to take it at will.
There is a laundry room and gym on the 3rd floor. I went to the Gem Valley the day before. I was full of soil. Fortunately, there were washing machines and dryers. I could go out the next day.

Stayed at this homestay for three days, the experience was beyond expectations! As soon as I entered the door, I was attracted by the green plants and wooden tables and chairs in the courtyard. The sun was sprinkled on the stone road through the vines. It was very pleasant to drink tea and read. The room is very warm. Staying for three days, I really feel like ”going home”. Even when I check out, I am a little reluctant to ～ especially recommended to friends who want to slow down and feel life. PPaparanA very comfortable hotel to stay in! Whether it is the beauties in the front hall or the handsome guys at the gate, the service is very warm, thoughtful and considerate~ I live in 216. There is a threshold at the door, and the robot can't get up. It was the handsome guy in the front hall who ran up to send me~ When checking out, Ms. Wang in the front hall was patient and considerate~
The room was clean and hygienic, of moderate size, and I was given an upgrade. The mattress was a mousse one~ (professional habit... I even looked through other people's mattresses...), the breakfast was rich, with everything you need, but I went a little late... some dishes were out 😂
Because I have been working in the hotel industry and I travel frequently on business, I am quite picky about hotels within the reimbursement range. This is one of the hotels I particularly liked that I stayed in recently. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center, but it is only 1 km away from Zhangjiakou Station... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again next time I come!

When I left, I also brought bottled water. The room was very soundproof. The surrounding area of the hotel is also very convenient and quiet, the room TV should be able to cast screens, I am useless. Atour's bedding is also very comfortable, the laundry room is also very convenient and hygienic, the living is very good, I like Atour very much!

GGuoren2012Checked in at 9:00 pm. The hotel was very quiet. There was a little girl at the front desk, but no one else seemed to be seen. The room was clean, but you still need to pay attention to the details (there were dust and black spots on the quilt and even a short hair). Considering that it was late at night, I cleaned it myself. The breakfast was quite rich.

MMLRYWe had an outstanding stay at this hotel. We stayed in a double room with Mountain View and the room was packed with lots of water and toiletries! They also gave us free fruit on the first day. All the staff from the house cleaners, front desk clerks, ski pass clerks, to the boys at the ski rental equipment desk were super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast had a large assortment and an omelette station, yum! The gym was really nice and large but only had one yoga mat. The pool area was good but the small heated pool was rather luke warm.
Best thing was this was a ski in and ski out hotel we didn’t have to leave it everything we needed to rent and do was right here! Also the Chinese restaurant on the top floor was SO delicious and staff again were so nice! Definitely coming back here for our yearly ski trips

QQueenNatWooTook a trip with the family for my birthday weekend and some family time. The hotel was amazing. Great staff and location was perfect for traveling around the area. They have underground parking and even have a PlayStation near the hotel elevators so you can pay or locate your car. Parking garage elevators are separate from the hotel room elevators. Close to shopping and eateries and the pool was great for doing some laps my son and husband have the pool to theirselves. There were two lifeguards on duty. We took a trip over to the Gate and ate at the restaurant on the second floor. Food was very delicious and the service was top notch. It was a great ending to a relaxing weekend. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely go again.

I am from Medan ,Indonesia .I can't resist writing a review of this hotel.The service at this hotel is very good that I feel comfortable like at home. So you don't feel lonely even if you stay 20 days at this hotel. Breakfast and lunch suit my tongue. And when I encountered difficulties I was greatly helped by 姚主管 . When package from another city is sent to me that is sent to the wrong address. I was also helped by the hotel vice president directly to pick it up. Also helped with food delivery by Xiao Chen Supervisor.When I checked out I was given ride by the hotel to the railway station.
It really a very good experience , meeting very kind people at this hotel.
Will stay at this hotel when I come back.

SSansandejiuIt's only a 10-minute drive to Taiwu Town, very convenient. However, parking is a bit difficult; the area is under construction, and while there are limited street parking spots, you either need to park in a public underground garage. I found a street parking spot as soon as I arrived because I didn't want the hassle. The room was nice, the bathroom was large, and the shower and toilet were separated. There was a small electric heater in the room, but I didn't use it and didn't feel cold. The room only has two floors, but there are many rooms on each floor. Breakfast was decent and was also on the second floor.

Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean.
Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!
