The worst Kaiyuan hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none. 1. The waiters have extremely poor quality and bad attitude. 2. The hygiene of the room is extremely poor. The water from the washing and shower faucets is yellow, and there are melon seed shells and other garbage stuck in the cracks of the tabletop in front of the TV. 3. The service standard is extremely poor. When I entered, I saw a kettle in the bathroom, no disposable razors, and teacups placed under the TV cabinet. 4. The breakfast food is very poor. The buns are cold inside and the coffee is made from powder and has no coffee flavor. 5. The management level is extremely poor. There are so many people coming in and out smoking in the elevator but no one cares about it.

總體來説不是很好。除了窗外景觀過的去，其他都不行。入住時先到一位男生面前，似乎是太過於專注工作，頭都不抬。旁邊的人問他好了沒有，他説沒好。那好吧，我換一個。換到另外一個女接待，問她早餐，跟我説29，她旁邊的同事説50多，這是業務不熟還是區別對待？難道不是同一個餐廳？房間的衞生間地面不知撒了什麼，黏腳！電視也看不了。換了一個房間，晚上回來洗澡，水温開到最大也衹是温水。接待時旁邊的工作人員還是不是冒出一句方言，感覺太不專業了！

酒店大堂大氣，高層餐廳景觀全方位，所住房間舒適，衹是窗户封閉不能開窗透氣；酒店上下和房間衞生整潔乾淨，桌明幾凈；酒店環境好，車駕出門交通方便，停車也較方便；前台服務熱情規範，衹是歡迎水果當晚遺忘，第二天才被補。

酒店貼心地為我們升級到舒適的小套間，在25樓，視野開闊，床鋪舒適。自助早餐在28樓，俯瞰贛江，美景可餐。酒店位置好，旁邊有大小超市，購物停車晨練都方便。服務員很熱情，小付主動關心，令人倍感親切。不足之處，設施略顯陳舊。
