Everything was great with our stay. The hotel helped us out with transport to the train station and a driver for our tour. We had a late train and they gave us a few additional hours.

説一下優點：有很方便的充電樁，對於我純電車自駕來説也是我選擇這個酒店最重要的原因，整體張掖充電場所不是太多；其餘包括房屋設施、早點、環境都符合該價位的酒店；不足的地方有兩點：1、靠小區的那一面樓下就是一排充電樁，在晚上特別是凌晨有車充電的時候，充電設備低頻聲音很明顯，半夜被吵醒一直到沒聲音才再睡着，這點也改不了，2、右側電梯有明顯很難聞的異味，明顯就是二樓喝完酒有人吐到電梯間的味道沒有做好除味，望注意這類細節。

請大家避雷，慎重選擇這家酒店，實際上這個酒店離高鐵站並不近，大家可以參考張掖璞玉酒店或者綠洲假日酒店，距離高鐵站步行可達。
這家酒店的問題太多
1、酒店電梯和客房樓道濃烈刺鼻的怪味，我向前台也確認有這樣的問題，通知讓客房打開樓道窗户，沒想到在平台上撒謊説經調查我反應的問題不屬實。
2、客房衞生有問題，服務不到位，叮囑讓換床單被套，回來沒有換，難道是節省成本？？？
希望酒店虛心接受批評，認真整改落實，不要再信口雌黃。
翻了一下酒店的差評，回覆都是指責客人，請從自身找原因。
希望酒店知錯就改，知恥後勇，重新將評分拉到4.9，我還會選擇再次入住。

連住幾天，每天都選擇請勿打擾，但是每天阿姨都來打掃衞生（儘管每天都和前台反應，但依舊客房服務人員依舊每天進房）。最令人不舒服是竟然將一個枕頭套遺留在床頭櫃上，據酒店回覆是特地做了一批枕頭套當抹布。但是想想用過是的抹布遺留在房間床頭櫃上和住客的私人物品放在一起，實在令人不太舒服。另外酒店的過於一般，性價比不高。

前台小姐姐很熱情。客房入住體驗感非常好。今天退房沒想到客房還有袋子可以吧洗簌用品拖鞋帶走。不過酒店的拖鞋真的質量挺好的。非常值得體驗
