Diamond International Hotel (Zhangye West High-speed Railway Station)

Our family came to Gansu for fun. We arrived in Zhangye, Gansu on August 5th and stayed at Zhangye Diamond International Hotel. After checking in, our family washed up and prepared to rest. We found that there were fresh blood drops on one of the quilts and on the sheets. There was a large yellow mark, so I immediately contacted the front desk center to report the situation. More than 10 minutes later, a young male staff member came over with a bed sheet and quilt cover in his hand, and handed me the bed sheet and quilt cover. I was shocked. , asked: Do you want me to change it myself? He stood beside the bed in the room, unmoving. According to him, there were no cleaning staff in the hotel at night. So far, no one had explained to me, no one had expressed his position, and no relevant personnel had come out to solve the problem. So, I asked the male staff to ask the hotel manager to come over, but he didn't go. After my repeated appeals, he had no choice but to say reluctantly: I will change it for you! It was slow and unprofessional. More than 10 minutes later, another front desk staff came over and argued that the sheets had been changed, maybe because they were not cleaned, and they also changed the quilt cover. After they left, I found long hair between another mattress and the sheets. This was something that made me even more nauseous. The mattress was similar to a mattress in a small hotel. Such a four-star hotel completely overturned my understanding of the service industry. First: after the incident, they did not explain and deal with it immediately. Instead, they tried to give us the sheets and let us change them ourselves. Solved it, and even quibbled: The sheets must have been changed, but they were not washed. Second: After the incident, there was no apology, not even the slightest apology. The bed with blood dripping on it was originally intended for the child to sleep on, which is horrifying to think about! I'm wondering how this hotel got a 4-star rating. It's fair in everyone's minds. We are here for tourism, and the experience here is extremely bad!
