I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel room is clean & spacious. The hotel staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast is considered average.
The locality of the hotel is not convenient as it is quite a distance from the train and bus station.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The hotel is truly excellent, with convenient parking and easy access to nearby restaurants! The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and their service was truly heartwarming! It truly warmed my heart! The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning view! I was very satisfied with my stay! The breakfast was also very generous and I loved it! Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travel, and I highly recommend it! Thank you to Manager Bao for her patient care. My children and I were very happy and it made me forget the fatigue of our Grand Loop Tour.

The room was spacious and clean, meeting the standards of a prefecture-level official reception hotel. I checked other hotels in the same area and during the same period, and found budget hotels under a certain Huahui chain were all over 600 yuan, so I felt this local hotel was very reasonably priced. The parking lot was spacious and had charging stations. The hotel also had a laundry room with a dryer, perfect for those who need to do laundry during a long trip.
You don't need to order breakfast; there are several breakfast shops downstairs. I had Ma Zhanmei beef noodles for only 6 yuan a bowl, which was a real bargain.
The hotel also gave me a small gift bag upon check-out, including water, yogurt, and fruit. It was a very thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend it to anyone staying overnight in Zhangye.

The service was satisfactory. They arranged free breakfast for us since we were traveling with elderly people and children. The hotel environment and location were both very good. However, the design of the washbasin was a bit unreasonable. The faucet was too high, and the water splashed all over the washbasin. It would be better if the washing area was centrally located.

The best hotel I stayed in during my self-driving tour of Qinghai and Gansu. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is very convenient to eat and shop at the supermarket downstairs. There is a parking lot for self-driving tourists.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, within walking distance of parks and the night market. The parking lot also has large charging stations, making it very convenient.

I particularly want to praise the hotel's service: First, the oxygen cylinder I ordered on JD.com was mistakenly delivered to a different hotel. The hotel's front desk, concerned about delays, offered to send someone to retrieve it. Second, I forgot to remove my clothes from the dryer, and since we were at a tourist attraction and couldn't return, I contacted the front desk and found them neatly folded in my room upon my return.
During my stay, everyone, from the front desk manager to the floor staff, greeted us with a smile. This shows the hotel's dedication to staff training. Their service and quality rival those of top-tier five-star hotels. Highly recommended!
