Front desk staff were pretty cold, breakfast staff were disinterested, in fact the only staff member who smiled and was helpful was the cleaning lady. The worst part for me was the room layout. A mattress at floor level that I had trouble getting up from and no chair in the room so I had to sit down on the bed. Then also a 300mm step down from the sleeping area. A ridiculous layout. Nice city though.

Albergo molto grande e ben posizionato. La camera era molto grande, la moquette non era molto pulita e nel bagno c'era cenere di sigaretta ed è rimasta lì per due giorni. C'è una reception H24 e ci sono diversi ascensori. La colazione viene servita in camera, perché non ci sono abbastanza turisti da aprire il buffet. Molto silenzioso. Tornerei sicuramente.

酒店性價比超高 服務熱情 房間空間利用好棒、有榻榻米 乾濕分離 地下停車場出大門左拐走一段路 有很多美食店 還有很多街邊擺攤 斜對面的夜市就不用去了 沒啥玩意（忘記拍照片）

價格實惠，服務卻一點不打折！房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，床鋪也很舒服。酒店周邊配套設施完善，吃飯、購物都很方便。前台服務態度好，辦理入住和退房都很快速。對於預算有限的我來説，這家酒店是性價比之王，下次再來一定還會選擇這裏

帶孩子自駕游到了張掖，選了這家酒店，訂的親子房，就送了兩張餐券，別的賓館都是親子房小朋友都不要餐券，這裏小朋友還要補十元，補錢就算了，菜簡直太簡單了而且味道不怎麼樣，房間設施還行吧，衹能説還行，就是沒有一次性馬桶墊，洗衣房很簡陋，連個坐的地方都沒有，要站着等別人洗完，才能洗，就一台洗衣機也沒有烘乾機，就是那種普通的洗衣機不是滾筒的，洗衣液也沒有了，衣服都沒有洗成，好在位置好點，旁邊挺熱鬧，旁邊吃飯挺方便

這次入住蘭歐酒店（張掖老街河西學院店），體驗感直接拉滿！酒店位置真的絕了，周邊好吃的特別多，溜達着就能嚐遍當地特色。最方便的是離歐式街超近，過馬路就到，晚上去逛特別方便。
我們訂的家庭房空間超大，兩個大行李箱完全攤開後還有很多空餘地方，帶娃住也一點不侷促，這點太加分了。酒店還貼心贈送了早餐券，不過我們想着嚐嚐當地的牛肉小飯就沒去，光這點心意就很讓人舒服了。
另外，住宿還能免費停車，對於自駕出行的我們來説太實用了，省去了找車位的麻煩。整體下來性價比超高，下次來張掖肯定還選這家，強烈推薦！
