I was truly captivated by this five-star hotel in Zhangye! From arrival to check-out, I was completely amazed. I have to give it a heartfelt five-star rating! The hotel's location is incredible, right in the heart of the city, offering convenient transportation, whether it's to scenic spots or the shopping district, with taxis or buses easily accessible. There are also several local restaurants hidden nearby, so when you're tired of shopping, you can just walk downstairs to enjoy authentic local cuisine. It's a one-stop shop for dining, drinking, and entertainment, saving you the hassle of traveling far. The service was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk staff was warm and professional. They handled check-in quickly, offered hot tea, and provided maps with recommendations for nearby attractions. At night, I requested two extra towels, but I just called the housekeeper, who delivered them to my door in less than five minutes. Their gentle tone was incredibly warm, and every detail was filled with warmth. The room was even more amazing: spacious and bright, with a warm and stylish decor. The bedding was soft, and the mattress was just the right firmness. A day's fatigue melted away, and I slept soundly for two nights. Cleanliness was impeccable; the countertops and bathroom tiles were spotless. The bathroom even had a smart toilet and high-end toiletries, making it incredibly reassuring. The breakfast was incredibly varied, with a full table of Chinese and Western dishes. The Chinese congee and steamed buns were authentic and heartwarming, while the Western bread and coffee were fresh and delicious, and the freshly squeezed juices were refreshing and refreshing. Dining in the elegant restaurant lifted my mood. The gym also had new equipment and a comprehensive selection, perfect for daily exercise needs. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay.
