靠近九龍江邊及古城，周邊出行也方便。

房間很大，設施完備，還有個超級大的陽台！奔着温泉去的，還有個水上樂園，小朋友玩得很開心！晚餐在酒店裡吃的，有個炒飯做的超級好吃！

大堂的休閑區很大，坐着挺舒服的。
角落還有配套的小童遊樂區，適合帶娃躺平的家長，不出酒店就可以消耗精力。
別墅區可以的話最好住一樓，公共空間更大，還不用爬樓梯拿行李，外賣還可以送到門口。
建議：做好入住區的引導，被插隊了體驗不好
總體挺好的，吃喝玩樂都有，適合親子入住。

據説是漳州最好的星級酒店。很新，但是衹能説，可能沒有競爭，所以，這家的服務一言難盡。對比下
1、入住：大堂很氣派，但整個大堂亂糟糟。排隊區，小童區，玩耍區，用餐區，等候區…混在一起，整個大堂亂糟糟。（如圖三四拍到了二個區，左邊在辦入住，右邊就是用餐區，來回端吃的和拖行李的混在一起，旁邊還有玩耍區的小孩跑來跑去）
2、服務人員：響應慢，服務意識差，缺崗情況嚴重。
我們住在別墅區，二三點最熱的時候，接駁車無人，禮賓處無人。從大堂，別墅區還要經過一段很熱的道路。前台臨時叫了個引導員，然後沒人管行李。兩趟都是我們自己拎過去的。（圖一）
我還特別觀察了下接駁車（在方向盤處放了一片落葉，結果至少兩天，落葉未動位置，這個接駁車就像擺設一樣）（圖二）
3、房卡問題：第一次、缺少主樓樓層。第二次，又缺少房門樓層，第三次，又缺少房間樓層。
以上我們反映問題是，連起碼的道歉和對不起都沒有説，服務人員年輕能理解，但基本的酒店服務意識很差。是本次10幾天的福建行中，服務體驗最差的一家。

優勢：地理位置很棒，在江邊，夜景很棒。過了橋就是古城，很方便。酒店有泳池還有一個温泉園，大小朋友玩水很適合。
缺點：酒店管理不行。1.在餐廳用餐，沒有任何招呼，服務員會突然伸手收拾桌上餐盤或者放紙巾（我個人會覺得有點冒犯，至少應該提前先打聲招呼）2.服務員擦桌子，食物殘渣都是直接往地上擦。3.有些客人不小心掉了菜在地上也沒人收拾（有客人提醒過他們要收拾，很容易滑倒，到我們用完餐都沒處理）4.泳池有教學游泳的，有時候學游泳的人很多，沒辦法玩水或者游泳5.我們住的房間地板有兩個凸起的釘子（小朋友沒穿鞋會紮腳受傷的那種）和前台説了維修，結果回到房間發現衹修了一個，實在是懶得再説了，我東西擋着，防止小朋友受傷。希望酒店在這些細節的地方多加改善。
