After knowing that I was drunk, she added WeChat and called a designated driver for me. After confirming that the driver arrived, she kept confirming the journey with me on WeChat. It was really considerate! ! After arriving at the hotel, she took the initiative to offer warm honey water and cared about my physical condition. I didn’t expect a front desk to be so attentive, as if treating guests like family! I was really moved. Then let’s talk about the hotel! The room is clean, the facilities are complete, and it is equipped with a refrigerator. It is very convenient and the hygiene is also very clean! There are staff to help wash and dry the laundry. I especially praise Yue Qian at the front desk. After staying in the hotel, she is really attentive. I asked her about food and various miscellaneous matters. She was very patient to answer one by one. I was really surprised by Atour. If I stay next time, I will still choose Atour first! They are all very good people and very good hotels!
