度假出行，遇到驚喜！真的是寶藏酒店，停車方便，當班小韓服務熱情，給免費升級了房間，房間設計古典優雅，超出預期，也比較舒適，性價比高。酒店早餐豐富，周邊環境超好，出入很方便。

挺不錯的，酒店很新，我們是晚上到的，當班小玲服務熱情，升級了房型，延遲到2點退房，入住期間停車免費，旁邊就是萬達廣場，吃飯方便。入住有歡迎水果（不過新鮮度就一般），房間內有minibar，有膠囊咖啡機，茶包是特威茶（TWG），品質還可以。洗漱用品也挺好，味道挺好聞。插座tpyeC和USB插口都有很方便。聯繫前台提供小童牙刷和飲用水，響應及時。六樓有游泳池和健身房，泳池水温二十八九度比較合適，不會太冷，還有個小桑拿房，推薦。

房間非常好，乾淨整潔，裝修質量不錯。服務我的前廳賴秀文經理要特別點名，服務質量很到位，看到有小朋友，並且由於樓上裝修可能會吵到小朋友睡眠主動升級了房型加床，並提供小童牙刷拖鞋。總體來説前台服務印象很好。值得一提的是酒店的早餐，菜品豐富並且質量不錯。下次再次路過漳州一定還來這家。

超級滿意這次在三寶開元名都的staycation。還沒到店就感受到了酒店的關懷，提前致電詢問房間朝向等有沒有特別需要注意的事項。酒店位置好 交通便捷 酒店環境也超級棒 拍了很多精美的圖片 然後給我們安排好房間後賴經理在大堂接待我們並介紹酒店，前台工作人員辦理入住很快 退房的時候送別並且關心住房體驗 非常周到貼心 還給我們送了小禮物 已經期待下次再來了

開元品質一如既往的好，當然新開的酒店肯定在服務上有這樣或那樣的問題。評價主要是針對主動服務的意識：住了三天換了三次房，原因且不去説它。前台每次都由一位忘了問其姓名的帥哥不厭其煩上上下下地帶着看房，着實讓人蠻感動的。
