先上結論，這純純就是一個垃圾的不行的黑店，晚上十二點多入住，一進門就看到一衹巨大的老鼠爬過，沒關係，我忍，一進門就聞到一股悶臭味，衹是睡一晚，沒關係，我忍，第二天早上十點，起床後發現床旁邊木板上有一灘水，已經把我的被子一角完全浸濕，如圖一，反正睡完準備走了，沒關係，我忍，中午十二點，準時退房後，客服説會給我退按金，到了晚上還沒有任何動靜，我詢問客服，客服立刻回我説：要扣我按金，我問他理由，他説是因為我中午跟他反映了的牀板漏水？？！！大寫的疑惑？？？房間本身有問題，影響到我睡覺了，我沒有追究酒店的責任，酒店居然要扣我按金？？還説因為牀板漏水，所以要扣我按金，我不懂這是什麼邏輯，衹能説説我的感受，經我觀察，牀板上有很多小洞，水應該就是從洞那裡滲上來的，然而正常來説，滲水這件事情應該是不可能發生的，我跟客服反映後，客服沒有絲毫意外，也沒有表現出什麼歉意，衹是一句“實在不好意思哈”敷衍了事，我不禁懷疑，“牀板滲水、扣按金”這一系列操作是這家店的常規操作，是這家店的主要盈利手段，後來我跟客服理論按金問題時，客服也是各種甩鍋各種不知情，甚至還説出了“我衹是個小客服”這樣的話，你衹是個客服，那我還衹是個顧客呢，你們自己酒店出的問題自己不溝通好，難道還要我分別去找你們保潔、前台、老闆一個個談嗎。真的無語😓，大家一定要避雷！！！我現在很懷疑這家是不是就靠騙顧客按金賺錢了……避雷！避雷！避雷！

真的很爛，進房間就是一股很大的黴味，特別噁心的味道，和宣傳圖嚴重不符的裝修，很多燈都是壞的，真的就是農村自建房水準。

環境一般，和價格匹配。就是早上超級無敵吵，從九點開始收音機聽曲和施工的聲音都有。窗簾還是百葉的，完全不遮光。

位置好找，價格實惠，靠近海洋大學，交通很方便，過來這邊找朋友玩，住的還是挺舒服的，密碼鎖，沒有房卡，比較安靜，不錯
