酒店就在霞山原廣州百貨原址，交通便利，有自家地下免費停車場，酒店大堂在7樓，我們房型在12樓，雖然在週六，但沒有之前那麼多住客反應的夜總會、KTV噪音，難道倒閉了😅，我們定的兩房一廳，視野很好，沐浴熱水夠用，晚上睡覺很安靜，可能這幾天颱風泰利影響氣温特別高，室內空調全打開都覺得製冷效果一般，其他都非常滿意，以後還會再來。

這次的入住體驗很遺憾，我訂了一房一廳的海景房，前台小哥很熱情地安排了高層2407房，進門後我在開燈開空調瀏筧房間時差點滑倒，發現地板塗了一層油性液體未完全乾，前台小哥讓客房人員來檢查，她堅持認為是我的鞋的問題，最後在她的建議下我們換了2308房，由於急着赴朋友聚會的約，沒有留意檢查隨身物品，到晚上回來洗澡時，發現頭上戴的頭箍遺漏在原來的房間裏忘拿了，儘管前台小哥幫忙到2407房檢查，但還是找不到，很遺憾，這是我新買的SHE’s新款的頭箍，很喜歡的，從酒店的負二層下車後我脱下墨鏡後一直戴着，直到去到酒店2407房間我脱下防曬衣和頭箍在枱麪和椅子上。真希望能夠幫忙找到。

這次體驗感超級差，第二次住，第一次挺好的，這次入住結果這層樓有第二天結婚的，早上7點多整個樓層就開始很吵，聯繫了前台工作人員，得到的回覆就是很快就結束，一直到早上10點多，整個早上沒有睡覺，本來頭一天忙工作3點才睡覺，沒見過這麼不負責任的酒店，而且因為國慶價格漲到了388，如果有人要在這層樓結婚，可以問一下我們介不介意，直接沒有告訴我們，相當於我花費388睡了4小時的覺，還搞得心情極差，這樣挺不尊重人的。

挺好的，地理位置合適，房間也新，衞生不錯，價格也實惠。唯一的建議就是，建議搞衞生的工作人員離開房間的時候可以隨手關燈關空調，節約用電，同時儘量不要隨意調低房間的空調温度（我住了好幾天，開始沒留意到半夜冷醒，笑死）。
