This was a great clean hotel for a very reasonable rate. If I am in Zhanjiang again, I will surely consider staying here. Staff were very good. Bed was very comfortable!

Worst breakfast ever! I was told that breakfast was until 10 o'clock. I went there at 9:40 and all the bowls were gone. I asked the waiter and said there would be no extra meals, and also said who told you not to come earlier! I have never seen such service in so many hotels across the country. I then contacted the restaurant manager, but the response was not satisfactory either. My room rate included two breakfasts, but I could only get one refund. Then they said their breakfast was free, but when I arrived at the door, there was a sign saying breakfast cost RMB 38 per person. I couldn't justify it. I charge two portions of the room fee, and if I want to refund, I will refund one portion. Is this a double standard? The first is to end breakfast early, the second is not to replenish breakfast, and the third is poor service, poor attitude in resolving complaints, and poor results! We have taken photos of evidence and filed a complaint with 12345. Please be careful when booking this hotel!
