房間應該是之前帶陽台的那種宿舍改的，房間的採光麪是衞生間，變成房間的採光不行，比較陰暗。我定這個酒店的時候，介面標示是閃住，實際上還要收一百的壓金，前台還一臉天經地義的態度，所有人都要收的。衞生的排水不好，洗澡以後水都會漏出來，流到外面包括馬桶邊上都濕濕的。最難受的是床，床墊太舊了，睡在上面能感到一根一根彈璜，太難受了，被子很重，睡下像壓了座大山，我整晚都沒怎麼睡着，床也有點鬆了，座上去就吱吱響。空調的聲音也很大，像拉風箱的聲音，我開始還以為是降温的北風聲，結果出去後一點風聲也沒有。門上也沒有消防逃生示意圖，也不知道詔安的消防管理單位是如何管控的？

設施正常商務賓館設施，但是我們房間的門鎖是壞的導致我們倆天都用椅子堵門
衞生還行，床底挺乾淨的

設施不大行，衞生間都沒門。下水道不順暢，大量用水時，積水嚴重！！！衞生做不到位，沒有及時清理。跟前台説明，前台處理不及時！N久後，一個保安大叔過來整理還算蠻到位的。總之，不怎麼好，不大推薦！
