非常差！！！作為錦江旗下的酒店，服務可以如此之差。半夜我們房間內正常溝通，可能我們嗓門天生大，吵到隔壁休息，但隔壁發出反饋後我們收拾完就關燈睡下了，一關燈隔壁就過來大力敲門，大聲質問問我們怎麼這麼早就休息了，繼續吵啊。我不清楚他們是否持有利器或管制刀具，所以我們並不敢開門協商，我們覺得我們受到了生命威脅，我們立刻撥打了酒店前台的電話，平時回訊息很快的前台沒接電話，我們立刻上平台查看酒店聯繫方式並呼出，這時有一個男的接了電話，但他並不想調解兩方關係，而是站在鬧事方指責我們不應該吵鬧，對於酒店的處理方式我表示深度的質疑。首先隔壁聽到我們吵鬧到厭煩應該是有聯繫過酒店，因為我們打給酒店酒店就説了隔壁已經找他説過了，但是酒店並未通知我，所以我不知情導致後面還在繼續激發事情的發展。其次酒店的隔音問題是不是該重點關注？難道我在自己的房間説話的權利都沒有嗎？最後，酒店的好評絕大多數都是前台要求給好評，同樣的，前台在入住時也要求了我們給好評，我説可以評價後我會給，但是發生這樣的事，我還沒有打電話給肇慶文旅局投訴我已經仁至義盡了！

今天早上8:00打電話到前台説叫服務員送一個袋子上來給我們裝一下臟衣服服務員回話説，現在還沒上班，酒店衹有他一個人沒得送，要等8:30後這種服務好了，到樓下吃早餐，一看到早餐把我嚇死了基本上的東西都是抑制品然後那個阿姨服務極差最差的是那個蛋都沒煎好這個還是錦江旗下的品牌這個早餐不如不要開如果直到今天還這樣的服務那真的就不叫服務了真的非常差
