The clerk's service is also very good, answer all questions, and try to provide quality service. The good thing about living in the mountains is that you can save tickets. The environment in the mountains is very good, the air is also good, and there will be more mosquitoes, but the hotel will also have corresponding preventive equipment; if not, it will take a long way up the mountain, about ten or two. Ten minutes, of course, I will not live outside so every night, it is very quiet, the insects sing and the wind is clear, you can choose according to your needs.

I really don't want to mention it, except for the advantages in the scenic area. The room is too old and the facilities really can't keep up, but the price is right there, suitable for backpackers. I opened a total of 4 rooms, and the air conditioner was not cooled and heated to the point where I didn’t check in. I checked out and reopened the room at the entrance of the scenic spot.

全體前台服務熱情耐心解答，房間已翻新整體設施較為簡陋。贈送的早餐也簡單到不能再簡單我都不好意思發照片出來，但春節假期間此房價（減除入園票後）還含上山交通車接載性價比高。

景區內酒店，晚上6點後可免門票，電話預約前台觀光車接。比較陳舊的酒店。沒電梯，窗外山邊，晚上窗外小昆蟲叫得很響（睡覺有點吵）😂景區內觀光車票衹限當日使用。

鼎湖山景區內，環境沒話説，服務也很很好，但希望下次去的時候能看到酒店的設施已升級改造

差評差評差評！從來沒有給過差評的人，大年初三赤口遇上這奇粑簡直要破口大罵！難怪死活不肯取消訂單，願你早日倒閉，不要為禍人間！！！還要自費電瓶車下山，黑店來了你要難忘一輩子。

肇慶鼎湖避暑山莊建在鼎湖山景區內，步行上山和大巴上山的分叉口。酒店建造時間比較久，設施比較老舊，但是房間內的床上用品看着很乾凈，床褥乾燥。前台服務人員熱情，耐心。晚上6點進山免門票。晚上開着紗窗睡覺，温度適宜，呼吸着山中的新鮮空氣，安靜得睡一整晚。不錯的入住體驗。

在景區半山腰，坐觀光車方便，但設施偏老舊。園區吃東西也方便，但就是偏貴，而且最好要先訂定。建議6點後出景區吃晚飯，選擇性高，而且價格合理些。

酒店是裝修扇過灰，但部分設施仍是老舊，如果不刻意注重倒不影響心情，主要的床鋪還好，不影響睡眠質量，及房間都很大，所以續住了一晚。 缺點就是房間的隔音很差，第一晚上聽到隔房的2個男人在聊天。第二晚聽到另一台客人裏的一個女的10多分鐘的X聲音。 如果沒有買門票，衹能在18點後入住，可以通知前台叫電瓶車到門票處接入酒店，但不送離酒店，門票處離酒店1公里。 服務員的態度都很好，沒早餐提供，可以在旁邊的小食店買早餐，山裡的價格相對山腳的貴一點。 第二天傍晚出山腳吃晚飯後，在門票處打前台+************電話30多分鐘沒人接聽（攜程網頁上衹有這個電話），後來在某團上找到+************才找到前台派車來接入酒店。前台説+************電話沒響過，可能壞了！
