價錢貴，沒有前台，沒有電梯，行李要自己扛上三四樓，衞生不好，服務態度差，大冬天的空調暖氣不暖，附近在搞開發噪音很大，灰塵多，離市區遠，離景區遠，附近沒有公交站，交通不便利，附近沒有什麼外賣可以點，外賣送餐費貴，外賣還不上樓。

風景還是不錯的，大陽台也很舒服。但是衞生堪憂，整體看着都不太乾淨，洗完澡出來就看到窗户上一衹大強，床上一衹小強，然後掛毛巾的那面牆壁也很多蟑螂屎還是發黴什麼的，空調也不太冷，被子容易有靜電。喜歡大陽台的可以住住
