Hotels in Seven Star Cave/Xinghu Scenic Spot/Zhaoqing Railway Station, Zhaoqing

My wife and I recently stayed at Wyndham Grand on 5/7-5/9 and would like to share our experiences and moments. We stayed at the Superior Lake View room and found the room very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony really worth the price. Swimming pool is magnificent. Also, we want to commend the front desk team, especially Miss Cara Yu for their outstanding service. From check-in to checkout, 小余 demonstrated remarkable professionalism and genuine warmth. She proactively provided personalized dining recommendations, sight seeing points marked on the map for us and reminded us about the weather change which was very heartfelt. Everything is good, the location is excellent, opposite is the sports center, behind is the snack street, very convenient, towels are also very clean, the room has no odor, breakfast is very rich, especially the service attitude, the lady No. 46 who received me at the time was very gentle and humane, and helped me change the room according to my accommodation habits, thumbs up

The hotel provides plenty of amenities free of charge which is very thoughtful and useful for guests. Free laundry facilities, free coffee and tea plus some fizzy drinks, there are also plasters, tooth pick, sanitiser, wipes etc provided free at the lobby area. Will worth staying here

There is no elevator on the second floor of the hotel, and you can only walk up the stairs. It is indeed not very convenient for people who need to carry luggage. The room only comes with two bottles of mineral water. If you need water in the middle of the night, there is no waiter to deliver it. Even if you pay to buy it, no one will deliver it. You have to go to the self-service vending machine on the first floor to buy it yourself, which is really troublesome! This boss can really improve it. If the details and other value-added services are done well, the customer experience can be better improved. In the form of a buffet breakfast, there are too few breakfast varieties, one porridge, one vegetable, one noodle, corn, egg, sweet potato, egg, milk

We arrived before the check-in time (11am) thinking to store our luggage at the reception, but the receptionist told us the rooms were ready and was kind enough to check us in early, which was a pleasant surprise :D The rooms were nice and clean, no smell of smoke, stable WiFi connection. The rainfall shower head was a bit leaky, but the regular one works fine. It was a little tricky to get the water to the right temperature, but with some trial and error it's not a big problem. The hotel is located conveniently near the Seven Star Crags (just a tunnel away from the Paifang square), and there are many shops within walking distance. Recommended for travellers visiting Zhaoqing!

Parking is in the underground garage, next to the shopping plaza, it is very convenient for eating and shopping, the hotel is super large, it took me a long time to find the room number, the room is quiet, clean and hygienic, and it is very comfortable to stay. The girl at the front desk is very considerate. I asked the waiter to send an extra set of toothbrushes and slippers in advance when there were three of us checking in. The service attitude is very good. I will choose it again next time I go to Zhaoqing.
