Hotels in Seven Star Cave/Xinghu Scenic Spot/Zhaoqing Railway Station, Zhaoqing

My wife and I recently stayed at Wyndham Grand on 5/7-5/9 and would like to share our experiences and moments. We stayed at the Superior Lake View room and found the room very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony really worth the price. Swimming pool is magnificent. Also, we want to commend the front desk team, especially Miss Cara Yu for their outstanding service. From check-in to checkout, 小余 demonstrated remarkable professionalism and genuine warmth. She proactively provided personalized dining recommendations, sight seeing points marked on the map for us and reminded us about the weather change which was very heartfelt. **Facilities**: The room comes with a bathtub, separate wet and dry areas, a universal charging cable, and a complimentary minibar. Robot delivery service is available for food orders directly to your room. However, please note that the swimming pool and fitness center on the 4th floor are currently closed for maintenance. **Location**: The 8th floor offers beautiful views of Seven Star Crags. The hotel is conveniently located behind two shopping malls, which include a large RT-Mart supermarket and various dining options. Both Seven Star Crags and the Archway are easily accessible from the hotel.

1. The location is easy to find, and there are plenty of parking spaces (some are covered, which is great to avoid sun exposure). 2. The room size exceeded my expectations; the king-size bed was made by combining two beds, almost two meters wide. The cleanliness was excellent, and the room was dry and not damp. 3. There's a separate walk-in closet with a very large full-length mirror, a delightful surprise for anyone who loves looking in mirrors. 4. The toilet and bathroom are separate and include a bathtub. The bathtub faces a full glass window, offering a beautiful view while bathing. 5. The decor style is European-inspired, and there's a makeup mirror. The towels have a pleasant Johnson's baby powder scent. 6. Downsides: In room 1806, the power outlet to the right of the computer desk was broken. There were no outlets by the bed (only USB ports), so Type-C couldn't be used. Perhaps they considered this, as a three-pronged USB cable was provided. 7. Downsides: The toilet flush wasn't very effective; you had to press it for a while, otherwise it wouldn't flush properly.

Check in clerks were polite and efficient. The room was large and clean and everything worked seamlessly in the bathroom. The location is not too far from the Seven Star Scenic Area, and overall it was an excellent value for anyone looking to stay at a bit of a more upscale hotel in Zhaoqing.

We arrived before the check-in time (11am) thinking to store our luggage at the reception, but the receptionist told us the rooms were ready and was kind enough to check us in early, which was a pleasant surprise :D The rooms were nice and clean, no smell of smoke, stable WiFi connection. The rainfall shower head was a bit leaky, but the regular one works fine. It was a little tricky to get the water to the right temperature, but with some trial and error it's not a big problem. The hotel is located conveniently near the Seven Star Crags (just a tunnel away from the Paifang square), and there are many shops within walking distance. Recommended for travellers visiting Zhaoqing!

Convenient location by the scenic Star Lake with easy access to the Seven Star Crags and city center. You can enjoy a walk by the lake in the evening amid vibrant night life but also serenity of the lake. The hotel provides a tea set for making tea and also fruits for snacks.

I have stayed in so many places, Only Vienna Hotel satisfied me the most, The service attitude is impeccable, From the entrance to the exit, There are smiles everywhere, The facilities and equipment are even better, First-class experience and first-class hardware, A lot of thought has been put into the sanitation work, Elegant environment, a well-managed hotel, I will definitely choose Vienna again for my next trip, I will definitely come back to experience the feeling of being at home

The hotel is in a good location, close to the arcade street, the ancient city wall and the museum. There are shopping malls, supermarkets and various snack bars near the hotel, which is quite convenient. The service attitude of the hotel staff is also good. The only bad thing is that the sound insulation is a bit poor. I was woken up by other people's voices at more than six o'clock in the morning!

Everything is good, the location is excellent, opposite is the sports center, behind is the snack street, very convenient, towels are also very clean, the room has no odor, breakfast is very rich, especially the service attitude, the lady No. 46 who received me at the time was very gentle and humane, and helped me change the room according to my accommodation habits, thumbs up

The hotel is new, and you can vaguely see the lake view if you live on the lake view side. The room is clean, the facilities are user-friendly, there is a British plug on the table for plugging in, the hotel lobby is a check-in point, and there is a coffee and bread station that can be enjoyed for a fee. The only thing is that the soundproofing facilities in the corridor are not very good, and you can hear the conversations outside. Also, if the hair dryer is overheated, it will stop automatically and you have to wait until it cools down before using it. If both guests have thick hair, please pay attention. The breakfast on the first day was rich, but on the second day, there were fewer varieties and the supply was not enough. Overall, it is a hotel worth staying in.
