I came here to travel with my wife and drove to Zhaosu County. It’s a small town with quite a few hotels. Pegasus Hotel is conveniently located. The lady at the front desk is pretty and took the initiative to upgrade the room type. The facilities are good.

First I went into the room and took a shower at night, and there was a strong smell of dog **** in the bathroom! No one took care of it, it was really speechless. If you are a pet-friendly hotel, please clean it up! So disgusting 🤢 Secondly, the heating in the room is not warm enough. People from Jiangsu who come to Yili live from Xinyuan to Gongliu and then to Zhaosu. This hotel is the most expensive, but the conditions and facilities are the worst! There was no toothpaste in the morning, so I called customer service to ask them to deliver it. But no one came after half an hour, so I ended up borrowing it from the room next door. The price of more than 300 is less than half of the 100 hotel in Gongliu. There was no food when I went to have breakfast after 10 o'clock. I went late and only had a bowl of soy milk. I will never come again. Zhaosu is the coldest place, but the heating is not enough.

I usually don't give bad reviews, because when you are away from home, everyone is very hard, no one is easy, but this accommodation experience makes me feel speechless. If there are service staff like you in the Zhaosu hotel industry, I think the Zhaosu hotel industry will really be ruined by a few bad apples like you. 1. I booked a room for two days in total. The aunt said that it would be my turn soon. Then the interesting thing came. The aunt thought that I could not understand their language, and said in her own language that I had a bad attitude in front of me, saying that I was young but spoke loudly. I asked, what did I say to ask for the room to be cleaned? Did I break the law? She has no respect for guests at all! ! ! 2. I am here to consume, not to spend money and watch the faces of the employees. When I went to the front desk to pay the bill, the receptionist crossed his arms, looked disdainful, and had a very bad attitude. I felt like I was paying to be bullied. If you can't do this job, then go and herd cattle and sheep as soon as possible. No one wants to see your **. It's funny. I hope the hotel will keep their eyes open when recruiting and not let these bad apples ruin the reputation of their hotel. It’s not worth it!

Arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm, they said the room was not cleaned yet, asked me to go to dinner first, it would be cleaned in 30 minutes, came back from dinner at 10:40, two rooms were still not cleaned, we could check in at 11:30, the melon seed shells on the carpet were not cleaned
