是一家非常氣派但有一些年份的酒店，設施會有一點點老，維護得還是不錯。位置還是很好的，對面是公園，旁邊有一個大超市～去吃飯逛一逛昭通有小摩託，步行也可達～

第一次寫評論，因為真的很差，雖然對300來塊錢的酒店沒抱什麼希望，但是作為當地的星級賓館來説衞生是最基礎的吧。
先是房間地毯，床邊一大攤不知道什麼東西的印子很噁心，於是升級換了一間，結果也沒好到哪裡去。既然做不到地毯的維護就不要搞全屋地毯。
然後是浴巾，洗完澡發現浴巾上面有黑黑的東西不知道是什麼，難怪旁邊會掛賣一次性浴巾，你也知道你家酒店毛巾不乾淨是吧。
因為連住了兩晚上，第二天打掃客房，居然沒有重新更換浴巾，而是直接把我頭一天那條沒用的臟浴巾又摺好給我放回去了。廁所紙沒了也沒換新的。
浴室簾子也是因為生黴水垢臟的不行！

湖景房窗外風景超讚，酒店房間整潔，設施齊全，特別是枕頭真舒服啊！好想帶走。停車方便，而且有充電樁對電車很友好。 此外房間內還能感受昭通老年人活力滿滿，樓下望海公園內時時歌聲漂洋🐶。

臨時訂的酒店，沒想到給予了足夠的驚喜，首先是位置，非常中心的地段，對面就是一個很大的公園，帶孩子長者都非常方便。其次，停車也很方便。然後早餐也不錯。唯獨服務管理一般，兩個房間要交300按金，實在不能理解。不過中間連廊足夠驚艷，大沙發看夜景很棒！
